In daily life,there are a large number of multi-attribute group decision problems.Due to the increasingly complex realities and the ambiguity of the things,the uncertainty and ambiguity faced by decision makers in decision-making is becoming more and more obvious.The traditional precise numbers can not accurately describe the essence of the problem.Pythagorean fuzzy set is a new fuzzy set proposed by Yager based on intuitionistic fuzzy sets,which can effectively solve many uncertain multi-attribute group decision problems.Based on the Pythagorean fuzzy number,this paper combines the methods of gray correlation,aggregation operators,and cumulative prospect theory to study the Pythagorean fuzzy multi-attribute group decision making method.Finally,the proposed multi-attribute group decision-making method is applied to solve the supplier selection problem of B Company,which can effectively guarantee the stability of B company's product quality.The main research contents of this paper include:(1)Pythagorean fuzzy multi-attribute group decision making method.Many experts use Pythagorean fuzzy numbers to evaluate,and then form multiple multi-attribute decision matrices.By using the weight calculation method such as grey incidence analysis to calculate the weight values of each attribute,and define some Pythagorean fuzzy aggregation operators such as Pythagorean Fuzzy Hybrid Aggregation(PF-HA)Operator,Generalized Pythagorean Fuzzy Weighted Ordered Weighted Averaging(PF-GWOWA)Operator,Pythagorean Fuzzy Geometric Heronian Mean(PF-GHM)Operator and so on.Finally,Pythagorean fuzzy multi-attribute group decision making model is constructed according to the proposed Pythagorean fuzzy aggregation operators,and the feasibility of the model is proved by a case study.(2)Pythagorean fuzzy uncertain linguistic multi-attribute group decision making method.Considering the limitations of Pythagorean fuzzy sets and the validity of linguistic sets,this paper further introduces Pythagorean fuzzy uncertain linguistic numbers into multi-attribute group decision making,that is,the expression of attribute values is Pythagorean fuzzy uncertain linguistic number.And then some Pythagorean fuzzy uncertain linguistic aggregation operators are defined such as Pythagorean Fuzzy Uncertain Linguistic Hybrid Aggregation(PFUL-HA)Operator,Generalized Pythagorean Fuzzy Uncertain Linguistic Weighted Ordered Weighted Averaging(PFUL-GWOWA)Operator,Pythagorean Fuzzy Uncertain Linguistic Geometric Heronian Mean(PFUL-GHM)Operator and so on.Based on this,Pythagorean fuzzy uncertain linguistic multi-attribute group decision model is constructed,and the feasibility of the model is proved by a case study.(3)Pythagorean fuzzy uncertain linguistic multi-attribute group decision making method based on cumulative prospect theory.Considering the bounded rationality of decision-makers,reconstructs the Pythagorean fuzzy uncertain linguistic multi-attribute group decision-making model based on the cumulative prospect theory,and analysis the influence of pessimistic,neutral and optimistic.By the case verifies the validity of the model.(4)Case study of supplier selection by B Company.Considering the problems in the supplier selection process of B Company,the supplier evaluation index system is constructed by referring to the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,and the Pythagorean fuzzy uncertain linguistic multi-attribute group decision making method based on the cumulative prospect theory is applied to the supplier selection of B Company.By evaluating multiple suppliers select the best supplier as a long-term partner.
