Ironmaking is one of the most important part of steel industry,which is also the main link of energy consumption and pollutant discharge.Burden distribution is the material input link of the ironmaking process in blast furnace,and it's also one of the main means of controlling the condition of blast furnace.To form a reasonable burden surface to improve the condition of blast furnace and utilization rate of gas flow is the main goal of burden distribution process control.In this paper,LZ steel No.2 blast furnace and its canister bell-less top burden distribution equipment is the research object.1)First of all,the mechanism analysis of one particle's movement through the whole burden distribution process is conducted.And the mathematic model of burden distribution in bell-less top blast furnace is built combining some relevant experiences and knowledges of blast furnace experts.Then based on the discrete element method and the software of EDEM,the simulation of burden distribution process in bell-less top blast furnace is conducted and the validation and optimization of the above mathematic model is done based on the EDEM simulation results.2)Subsequently qualitative analysis of the burden distribution relevant influence factors is done.Then the control structure of burden distribution process control of bell-less top blast furnace is proposed and the optimization problem is refined in order to control the shape of burden surface.And the optimization problem is divide into the fixed charging angle problem and unfixed one which are solved by pattern search method and genetic algorithm respectively in this paper.3)Then in consideration of the difficulties of direct measurement of the actual burden surface,this paper proposes a method of extracting burden surface shape based on the equipment of industrial endoscope in LZ steel No.2 blast furnace and the binocular stereo vision method,which provides the reference burden surface to burden distribution process control.4)At last the corresponding software is developed based on the research results.
