In nature, many things contain uncertain factors. It is unreliable and inaccurate to use only certain theories to express uncertain information. It is necessary to find a reliable method to solve. The Neutrosophic number(NN)is composed of a certain part and an uncertain part, and the uncertain part can be expressed as an interval number,so that the uncertain factor in the natural world can be expressed as an interval form,so Neutrosophic number is suitable for expressing things that contain uncertainties in nature. The Neutrosophic interval statistics number(NISN)is a statistical method based on the Neutrosophic number(NN),which can present statistical results in the form of intervals. In rock mechanics, the mechanical properties of rock mass are very complicated. The mechanical parameters often contain some uncertain factors. The rock surface roughness coefficient(JRC)is a key indicator affecting the shear strength of rock mass. Some factors such as the influence of the environment, the accuracy of the measuring instrument, and the processing of the data in the field measurement will have a certain degree of influence on the JRC value. In order to express the influence of these uncertain factors, the statistical method of the Neutrosophic interval is used.It is more reasonable to express JRC.The main research contents of the thesis include:(1)Using the JRC data obtained from the Changshan slate, the upper and lower bounds of the JRC at different sample lengths are calculated by the method of the Neutrosophic interval statistic number, and the variation of the JRC along the sampling length is analyzed.(2)Using the JRC data obtained from the Changshan slate, analysis of the scale effect characteristics from the JRC scale effect change rate.(3)Using the JRC data obtained from the Changshan slate, the upper and lower bounds of the JRC at different azimuth angles are counted by the method of the Neutrosophic interval statistics number, and the JRC is analyzed in different directions of the same sampling length.(4)Using the JRC data obtained from the Changshan slate, analyze the anisotropy characteristics from the JRC anisotropy change rate.
