In recent years,in order to accurately monitor various physical quantities of high-voltage power equipment,a large number of high-potential online monitoring devices are deployed in the measuring area,and the power supply for those devices have become a burning issue to be solved.In most cases,the on-line monitoring equipment is supplied by low-voltage DC power.The conventional manual charging method is no longer available because of the complex environment around high-voltage electrical equipment.Therefore,research on the power supply technology that can make the highpotential online monitoring equipment work stably and reliably,in some extent,helps the power industry develop and upgrade smart grid in the future.In this paper,based on the actual power demand of the high-potential online monitoring equipment of the grid,the laser radio energy transmission technology is selected as the power supply technology of the monitoring equipment,and the traditional laser radio energy transmission system is improved and upgraded.The article elaborates and analyzes the overall architecture of the laser radio energy transmission system,the selection of lasers and photovoltaic cells,and then designs a machine visionbased tracking aiming unit.In this paper,based on the existing tracking and aiming technology,we also elaborate image recognition methods and tracking control strategy of the tracking aiming unit,and chooses a tracking aiming method suitable for the system.Experiments have proved the feasibility of the scheme and the accurate matching of PV cell position under interference of background.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of several maximum power point tracking methods,the energy management unit is designed and a suitable tracking method is selected,which can track quickly and effectively.The photovoltaic cell can always work at the maximum power point,and the feasibility of the method is verified by experiments.The constant power output of the system is realized to ensure that the system maintains the output power constant after the laser transmission is affected.At the end of the paper,a simple laser radio energy transmission system is constructed and experiments are carried out.The experimental results verify the feasibility of the tracking targeting strategy and energy management strategy proposed in this paper.The research results in this paper can provide technical support for the power supply of high-potential online monitoring equipment.
