In this dissertation,193nm and 248nm excimer lasers were used to study the surface modification of laser irradiated by PVC materials.In order to obtain the results of the research more accurately,the tensile machine with targeted tensile strength was prepared.Through excimer laser surface treatment of PVC materials,a series of changes have occurred on the surface of the treated PVC material,such as the surface roughness,chemical elements,material structure and physical and chemical properties have undergone certain changes.Therefore,the bonding strength characteristics of the material are certain.The degree has been changed.The new phenomena and new laws obtained in the experiment also provide experimental research foundation and theoretical support for the excimer laser treatment of polymer problems.The main research contents of the thesis are as follows:The 193nm and 248nm excimer lasers were used to laser-treat the surface of PVC material by adjusting the laser parameters?such as the laser voltage in the range of 1723 kV and the laser moving speed in the range of 0.020.2 mm/s?.Photographs and observations of various aspects of PVC materials before and after irradiation,such as three-dimensional surface topography,laser confocal scanning microscopy,and scanning electron microscopy,were used to observe the surface morphology and roughness of PVC before and after irradiation.And detection,Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and XPS are used to detect and infer the changes of functional groups,chemical elements,and chemical bonds on the surface of the material before and after irradiation.Through these re-association related documents,the changes in the bonding strength of the materials before and after irradiation are analyzed.The adhesive strength of the material was measured by a self-made tensile machine for excimer laser micromachining,and the results were obtained.The designed tensile machine is used to measure the adhesive strength of excimer laser micromachining materials.Compared with the existing tensile machine,the tensile machine clearly records the testing process and results of the bond strength,and can also be used to test different adhesives.The bonding strength of the material or the bonding strength of the material under different bonding surface treatment techniques is recorded in the experimental process to analyze the relationship between the laser parameters of the best excimer laser surface treatment and the corresponding adhesion of the modified PVC material.Provide powerful raw data.When the laser moving speed is fixed,the surface roughness of the PVC material after excimer laser treatment first decreases and then rises with the increase of the laser voltage;when the laser voltage is fixed,the surface roughness of the PVC material after excimer laser treatment changes with the laser moving speed.Increase and decrease,negative correlation.After excimer laser surface treatment of PVC materials,the chemical bonds of-CH2-,-C-Cl-,-C-C-,etc.have been broken to varying degrees,the amount has decreased,and-C=O and–C-O-have been generated to some extent.-Other polar groups,which will help improve the bonding strength of PVC materials.After the bonding strength test,the193nm laser treatment effect is better than 248nm,and when the laser voltage is 23kV and the scanning speed is 0.02mm/s,the peel strength of the PVC material reaches4.75kN/m,and the bonding strength of the PVC material is the highest,also shows that the excimer laser can effectively increase the surface bonding strength of PVC materials.
