Actively promote "Belt and Road Initiative" strategy,maritime power strategy is an important mission for building a world shipping powerhouse,shipbuilding powerhouse and safeguarding national security.Meanwhile shipping,shipbuilding,security and other sea-related information analysis needs has become more urgent.Internet information is particularly rich,collect,Collecting and analyzing the useful information of discrete open source data mining has become the necessary way of enterprises,governments and military in all countries,and very challenging.This paper studies the key technologies of ship information analysis based on multi-layer heterogeneous networks,including the following results:Firstly,the ontology model of ship information analysis is proposed.With ABC ontology as the host ontology,this paper constructs the ship information analysis ontology model with multi-layer heterogeneous complex network.It can define the concepts of port,state,organization,ship,shipowner,crew,fan,equipment and the relationship among concepts,and provide the basis for the information analysis.Secondly,the analysis,design and realization of ship information analysis are completed.The system architecture,role model and use case model of the platform are defined.The "4 + 1" view model is used to determine the architecture of the software,and domain dictionaries and databases are designed.Finally,the prototype of ship information analysis platform has been initially realized.The prototype system collected the data of ports,shipowners,schedules and marine disasters,and realized the information analysis under the multi-layer network.In this paper,domain engineering methodology as a guide,based on multi-layer heterogeneous network ship information analysis platform for domain modeling and architecture design.The platform of ship information analysis under social space,physical space,electromagnetic space,cyberspace and cognitive space is provided,which can provide theoretical support for decision-making of shipowners,shipyards and other fields.
