Research On Core Competitiveness Evaluation Of Guizhou Big Data Enterprises Based On Apriori-PCA

Guizhou is the first national big data comprehensive experimental area approved by the National Development and Reform Commission and other ministries and commissions,which carries the first pilot task of promoting big data's industrial development,and is also the most active area in big data industry development in the country at present.When thousands of big data companies gather in Guizhou,how should the core competitiveness of these big data companies be evaluated,and in what areas should the government give guidance and support to these enterprises,so that the big data industry in the region can develop healthily and steadily? It has become a problem to be solved in the trial area and in the pilot test process.By studying the evaluation index system of the core competitiveness of Guizhou big data enterprises,we can not only construct the evaluation index of the core competence of big data enterprises,but also guide big data enterprises in Guizhou and even the whole country to enhance their core competitiveness,It has the great practical significance to promote the development of big data industry in China.In view of this,this study takes Guizhou big data enterprises as the breakthrough point,takes the core competence theory and data mining theory as the theoretical basis,draws lesson from the domestic and foreign scholars related research literature and the current Guizhou big data enterprise development present situation.With the help of R-studio and The SPSS analysis tool,uses the Apriori algorithm in the association rules to select 18 final indicators,including resource integration capability,R&D innovation capability,market development capability and capital operation capability to comprehensively evaluate the core competitiveness of Guizhou Big Data Enterprises.Combining the principal component analysis method to determine the index weights,and constructing the core competitiveness evaluation system in line with big data enterprises.The author selects 25 Guizhou big data companies as test samples,through the empirical analysis results,sort the core competitiveness of these big data enterprises,and analyze and evaluate the core competitiveness level of Guizhou big data enterprises.The study found that the current big data enterprises in Guizhou have formed a sharp gradient in terms of core competitiveness.The first-graded big data enterprises have strong resource advantages and technological advantages,but the number of such enterprises is small;most enterprises are in the second gradient.This part of big data enterprises is relatively lacking in capital operation,R&D innovation and market development;The enterprises in the first gradient are lack of guidance to the enterprises in the second gradient,and the overall development of big data enterprises in Guizhou is lack of balance.Finally,the countermeasures suitable for promoting the core competitiveness of Guizhou big data enterprises are put forward from three aspects: data,talents and R & D,and expect to promote the development of Guizhou big data enterprises in an all-round way.
