Under the double influence of the world economic downturn and the adjustment of national economic structure,the development of China's geological exploration industry has encountered many difficulties.Among them,the most prominent problem is the contradiction between resource development and environmental protection.In order to keep the sustainable and healthy development of geological exploration enterprises in accordance with the new trend of ecological civilization construction,based on the concept of green development,this paper evaluates the competitiveness of geological exploration enterprises and makes them The development of the exploration enterprise can understand its development trend in the vertical direction accurately,and make clear its short board in the horizontal direction,so as to provide basis for the sustainable development decision-making of the geological exploration enterprise,and also provide reference and promotion for the development of the geological exploration industry.Guided by the theories of enterprise competitiveness and green industry,this paper sums up the main problems existing in the development of geological exploration industry,which are that the traditional geological exploration and mining development have caused serious damage to the ecological environment,and the green development concept put forward by the state has been proved to be a green exploration and development way in the application of geological exploration industry The road has achieved remarkable results,which can effectively solve this problem.On this basis,this paper defines the concept and connotation of the competitiveness of China's geological exploration enterprises,analyzes the external environment of the geological exploration industry,discusses the influencing factors of the competitiveness of China's geological exploration enterprises in combination with the characteristics of their own development,draws lessons from the construction of the competitiveness evaluation index system of domestic and foreign enterprises,and constructs the competitiveness index of China's geological exploration enterprises based on the concept of green development The standard evaluation system includes 7 first level indexes and 27 second level indexes.AHP fuzzy evaluation method,which combines qualitative and quantitative analysis,is selected to evaluate the competitiveness of Inner Mongolia Geological and mineral group in recent five years.The empirical research shows that:horizontally,the overall competitiveness of geological exploration enterprises in 2014-2018 is average,among which the evaluation of resource capacity,smelting capacity and organizational management capacity is good,the evaluation of exploration capacity,development capacity,operation capacity and green development capacity is the same,while the score of green development capacity is the lowest;vertically,the overall competitiveness of geological and mineral groups in 2014-2018 is average The trend of capacity development is basically unchanged.It can be seen from the evaluation results of the sub capabilities that affect the competitiveness of the enterprise that the resource capability,smelting capability and development capability are on the rise,the operation capability,organization management capability and green development capability are basically unchanged,and the exploration capability is on the decline.Finally,according to the evaluation results,according to the importance of the influence of each sub capability on the competitiveness of geological exploration enterprises,the main problems existing in the development of geological exploration enterprises are the contradiction between the behavior of geological exploration enterprises and the protection of ecological environment,the serious influence of traditional geological exploration thoughts on geological exploration enterprises,and the lack of organizational management and learning ability.Therefore,this paper mainly focuses on the resource capability In order to realize the sustainable development of geological and prospecting enterprises,suggestions are put forward in the aspects of green development ability,operation and organization management ability.
