Air traffic flow is a key factor affecting the efficiency of the route network and the controller's workload.The emergence of dangerous weather will reduce the traffic capacity of air traffic.In order to cope with the management of airspace resources under dangerous weather conditions,the first-line controllers are guaranteed to command the aircraft in an orderly manner,and the ability to disturb the typical areas of the air becomes the key to research.This paper mainly studies the changing traffic capacity of dangerous weather when it passes through typical airspaces such as routes,route intersections and sectors.The main research is as follows:First,the concept of capacity and traffic volume was analyzed.From the route,the intersection of the route,and the three angles of the sector,it is clear that the threshold of the traffic is the key to judging the traffic congestion and the controller commanding the deployment of the aircraft.Second,the impact of dangerous weather on the traffic capacity of the route is studied.First,the restricted area formed by the dangerous weather is simplified into a rectangular block,and then the dangerous weather enters the route at different angles,passes the route in different moving directions,takes up the effective airspace time from the dangerous weather,and thus the number of flight delays.From the perspective of the road,the model of the traffic capacity of the route is established.Thirdly,the influence of dangerous weather on the traffic capacity of the intersection of the route is studied.Firstly,the time interval of the intersection of the route in dangerous weather is analyzed.Then,before the dangerous weather enters the intersection of the route,the relative positional relationship between the weather block and each route is three.According to the intersection order of the weather block and the route before and after the intersection of the route,it is decomposed into four cases for discussion.Fourth,the impact of dangerous weather on the ability of the sector to be disturbed is studied.The research on the ability of the sector to be disturbed is mainly based on the structure and quantity of the route and route intersections within the sector.Firstly,from theperspective of traffic flow safety interval and model,the capacity of the route and the intersection of the route are modeled separately.Then,according to the proportion of the route and route intersection area covered by the dangerous weather in the sector,the reduction value of the airspace sector capacity under normal conditions is calculated,and the traffic capacity of the sector is obtained.
