Severe convective weather is one of the main factors affecting the traffic capacity of the sector.Because of the complex flow of convective weather, the change of sector capacity is random, real time and dynamic difficult to stabilize.Accurately predicting the capacity of sectors in strong convective weather can not only improve the efficiency of traffic controllers, but also serve as a reference for formulating airspace flow strategies. This article first introduces the types of severe convective weather and the impact of weather on flight, conceptually expresses the knowledge points of capacity, capacity, and capacity, and explains the definition of controller workload and commonly used evaluation methods.According to different severe convective weather levels and degree of influence, the congestion value is established. This paper establishes a route availability model and a route capacity model by means of grid design, and evaluates the capacity of a single route.According to the existing controller workload model, the maximum traffic capacity of the sector in fine weather is established in accordance with the load model studied in the thesis.Taking an actual controlled airspace as an example,a weather.affected sector availability model is established to evaluate the capacity of the sector under severe convective weather. Finally, this paper uses Netlogo to simulate the computer model, set the severe convective weather as the flight restricted area, set up a parameter collection method, simulate the real airspace traffic flow operation state, and introduce the controller load and the weather influencing factors in different locations and different sizes of constraints,Assess the largest capacity in the sector.
