As the energy crisis facing the development of mankind is becoming more and more serious, exploring and utilizing the potential treasure of the ocean has become an important way for human beings to expand their living space and seek sustainable development.Exploring and utilizing marine activities requires a large amount of electrical equipment for the ocean. The power supply for underwater equipment is basically wired nowadays, the safety and portability of which are poor, while the non-electrical contact(referred to as contactless)power transmission is an effective measure to solve these problems. At present, the more mature contactless power transmission method is Inductively Contactless Power Transmission(ICPT)and magnetic resonance coupling. However, both methods need to use alternating magnetic fields, which will generate eddy current loss and electromagnetic interference. The current contactless power transmission is mainly open-loop transmission from the transmitting end to the receiving end in one direction, and it is difficult to ensure the power quality of the receiving end.To this end, this paper studys a more portable power supply technology for underwater electrical equipment without electromagnetic interference under the principle of Ultrasonic Contactless Power Transmission(UCPT),which can reverse the voltage signal of the receiving end back to the transmitting end to constitute a closed-loop system that can control the input of the transmitter, forming a synchronous reverse transmission of power and signal. The main research work completed is as follows:A design scheme that can realize power transmission via ultrasonic waves and reverse transmission of signal synchronously by magnetic field is proposed. The working principle of power transmission and signal transmission is analyzed respectively. The equivalent circuit of the forward power transmission part is obtained by the method of electric-force-sound analogy analysis. The equivalent circuit of the signal reverse transmitting part is obtained according to the circuit model of the coil working underwater, and the circuit model of the entire system is determined. The modular design of the system is carried out,and the specific circuit structure of each part is determined.According to the requirements of the system for input and output, the specific parameters of the circuit are calculated and optimized according to the experimental results. The digital PID control algorithm program is compiled. The subprogram modules of the software and their programming logic are elaborated. The running process of the program is given in the form of a flow chart.Combined with the control idea of PID and the designed synchronous reverse transmission system, the relevant parameters in the program are adjusted. An experimental platform for synchronous reverse contactless transmission of power and signal system underwater is built.Under the condition of changing the given load voltage and changing the load resistance, the response process to the driving signal and output voltage of the transmitting power source is observed experimentally.Experimental results verify that the designed system can maintain the relative stability of the receiving voltage under certain conditions, and can realize synchronous reverse contactless transmission of power and signal.Under the condition that the input voltage is 9V,the load is 10? non-inductive resistance, and the receiving distance is 15 mm,the system has realized the synchronous reverse transmission of power and signal with receiving voltage of 3.6V and efficiency of 30%.
