Due to the complexity of the problem or the limitation of experts' cognitive level,linguistic variables are a way in expressing uncertain information.In 1995,Li Deyi proposed cloud model based on the basis of probability theory and fuzzy set theory.Cloud model is a effective tool to describe the fuzziness and randomness of linguistic variables,so cloud model theory applied to multiple attribute group decision making is of important theoretical value and practical significance.In this paper,from the linguistic variables to the normal cloud model transformation problem,the normal cloud model similarity measure,expert weigh values and decision method as the breakthrough point,to research the multi-attribute group decision-making method based on normal cloud model,for the large data under the background of complex practical decision-making problems provide new solution.This paper mainly completed the following three aspects of research work:Firstly,based on the normal cloud model 3En principle and numerical characteristics of the normal cloud model,analysis of the normal cloud model similarity measure to satisfy the basic criteria,considering the location of the normal cloud model similarity with shape similarity,this paper proposes a similarity measure PSCM algorithm of normal cloud model,and research its basic properties.An example shows that the similarity algorithm has good distinction.Secondly,considering the global and local constraints of the linguistic term set,this paper proposes the guidelines from linguistic variables to cloud models,and defines a transformation model from linguistic variable to normal cloud model,and researchs its basic properties.Thirdly,based on the idea of individual and group evaluation consistency optimization,a method for determining the expert weight is proposed.The information integration operators of existing cloud models are analyzed,and the properties of CWAA operators are proposed.Based on normal cloud similarity and scoring function,a linguistic multi-attribute group decision making method based on cloud model is proposed.
