As a new manufacturing technology,laser processing and manufacturing technology has made great progress.Due to its high precision and special processing capability,this technology is gradually replacing traditional manufacturing processing technology in many fields,and its core key technologies are involved.And development has also been valued by countries around the world.China's manufacturing industry is globally leading,but limited by various factors.At present,China's laser processing and manufacturing technology is not advanced,and the import of key equipment and software technology is strictly restricted by advanced countries.Under the background of China's manufacturing 2025 and the state's key support for high-end equipment manufacturing,how to change the current domestic laser manufacturing technology is relatively backward,and the core technology and equipment rely on the introduction of the situation has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the national key R&D project involved,this thesis studies the three-dimensional object region segmentation technology in the large-scale model laser manufacturing processing software in China.In this thesis,the region segmentation algorithm of 3D model in laser machining is studied.A laser processing object segmentation system for large-scale 3D complex surfaces is designed and implemented.The segmentation system can divide the large-scale threedimensional mesh model into a plurality of processing regions that can meet the constraints of laser processing parameters,so that the subsequent laser processing process and processing precision can be guaranteed.The main work and contributions of the thesis are summarized as follows:1.The comparison with the traditional 3D model segmentation algorithm based on model physical meaning is carried out.The particularity of the application scenario of the region segmentation algorithm in laser processing and the specific requirements of the region segmentation algorithm are summarized.2.The system requirements are summarized,and a 3D model region segmentation algorithm that meets the laser processing requirements is designed.The segmentation algorithm includes a preliminary processing segmentation algorithm based on the model of region expansion and an algorithm for further optimizing the segmentation results according to actual processing requirements.3.The regional segmentation system was designed in detail.The function module design was carried out according to the functional requirements of the system,and the detailed design of each function module of the system was carried out.4.The function of the completed system was tested,and the designed algorithm was segmented and segmented.An evaluation index of segmentation effect is given,and the segmentation results of the model are quantitatively evaluated.The analysis of the test results shows that the algorithm can effectively and quickly complete the segmentation of various models.The experimental results show that the system designed in this thesis can effectively and quickly complete the processing and segmentation of 3D models.Model segmentation processing can be done well for a given model file of different formats and sizes.At present,the completed system has been applied to the actual machining,the machining accuracy meets the project's index requirements,and the function is complete and the system runs stably.
