Research On Popular Science Tourism In Dunhuang Unesco Global Geopark Based On The Tourists' Preception

With the rapid development of tourism,all kinds of tourism forms are born.Based on the protection of geological resources,the demand of geological knowledge and the requirement of sustainable development of tourism,a new form of tourism,the popular science tourism of Geopark,has been formed.Geopark takes geological relic landscape as the main part and integrates other natural landscape and human landscape.It is not only a place for sightseeing,vacation,health care and recuperation,culture and entertainment with high science taste,but also a base for geological science research and popularization,and a place to be selected for popular science tourism.The main body of tourism is tourists,whose perception is the key factor for the sustainable development of the popular science tourism of Geopark.From the perspective of tourists' perception,this paper studies and analyzes the popular science tourism of Dunhuang UNESCO Global Geopark.Firstly,the related theories of Geopark,popular science tourism and tourists' perception are elaborated,and the general situation of Dunhuang UGGp and its tourism and popular science tourism development are introduced.Based on the analysis of the basic situation of the Geopark,and according to the conditions and characteristics of the Geopark,combined with expert opinions and other factors,the evaluation index system of tourist perception of popular science tourism in Dunhuang UGGp is established,questionnaire is designed,and the survey data are sorted out and counted.Through the descriptive analysis,regression analysis and one-way ANOVA of the statistical data through Excel and spss17.0,we can understand the perception of tourists,so as to put forward scientific development strategies for the popular science tourism of Dunhuang UGGp.According to the results of quantitative analysis of questionnaire data,combined with the requirements of tourism development and the Geopark's characteristics,this paper raises development strategies for popular science tourism in Dunhuang UGGp as follows: combine popular science tourism with other tourism modes,seek common development,According to the results of quantitative analysis of questionnaire surveydata,combined with the characteristics of Dunhuang UGGp and the requirements of tourism development,this paper proposes the following development strategies for the popular science tourism of the Geopark: combining popular science tourism with other tourism methods,pay attention to mining popular science tourism products with local resource characteristics,and subdivide tourist market;put forward corresponding tourism development strategies and strengthen popular science publicity;improve the market influence and optimize the interpretation board of the Geopark;improve the interpretation service system,strengthen the construction of museums,and promote the development of popular science tourism of Geopark.
