The study on the interactive behavior between tourists is currently still in a relatively blank field.Crowding has been proved to be an important factor influencing the interaction behavior between tourists,at the same time,overcrowding has become a problem that can not be ignored.Therefore,this paper conducts a study on the relationship between tourists' perception of crowding and tourists' interaction behavior,so as to provide suggestions for managers to improve their management style,then to provide tourists high-quality experience.In this paper,literature research method and empirical research method are used.And structural equation modeling method and regression analysis method are used for data analysis to study the relationship between tourists' perception of crowding and their interaction behavior.In the model this parer proposes,tourists' crowding perception as the independent variable,is divided into physical crowding and mental crowding.Interactive behavior between tourists as the dependent variable,is divided into friendly behavior,aversive behavior and adjustment behavior,at the same time,tourists' tolerance is intervening variable.Place attachment and the attribution of crowding perception are moderator variables.The results show that both the perception of physical crowding and psychological crowding negatively affect the friendly behaviors between tourists,while the perception of physical crowding and psychological crowding positively affect the aversive behaviors among tourists and the adjustment behaviors between tourists.Tourists' tolerance plays an intermediary role in the interaction between tourists' perception of crowding and tourists' interactive behavior.Place attachment and the attribution of crowding perception play a moderating role.Place attachment and the attribution of crowding perception have a negative regulatory effect on the relationship of tourists' perception of crowding and the friendly behavior between tourists.Place attachment and the attribution of crowding perception have no regulatory effect on relationship of tourists' perception of crowding and the aversive behavior and adjustment behavior.And,place attachment and the attribution of crowding perception also have partial regulatory effect on the mediating effect model.This paper summarizes the empirical results and explains the difference between the empirical results and the research hypothesis.Finally,based on the research conclusions,this paper puts forward corresponding management suggestions to the managers of tourist destinations,so as to provide reference for managers to reduce the negative effects of crowding on tourists' interactive behaviors,and to improve the quality and satisfaction of tourists' experience.The suggestions include: firstly,make full use of the factors influencing tourists' psychological crowding,such as tourists' attribution of crowding perception and place attachment,and take reasonable measures according to the characteristics of tourist destinations to attract and concentrate tourists,or restrict the evacuation of tourists.According to the characteristic of different places,use reasonable planning and design to guide the tourists.Adjust the marketing strategy according to the special travel time and so on.To improve the functional value and emotional value provided that tourism destinations providing to tourists,tourism destinations must provide perfect functional services to give tourism destinations cultural and emotional significance,enhance the stickiness of tourists to tourism destinations.Secondly,from the perspective of service and management of tourism destinations,tourists' tolerance can be improved to alleviate the negative impact of crowding perception on tourists' interaction,and management services should be optimized to normalize the congestion and conflict management of tourist destinations.The innovations of this study are as follows: first,it clarifies the influence mechanism of tourists' perception of crowding and the interactive behavior between tourists.Second,it enriches the research situation of the relationship between tourists' perception of crowding and tourists' interactive behavior.
