Fiber laser is a semiconductor laser pumped by solid-state laser diode.It has the advantages of good stability,high efficiency and strong flexibility.It is widely used in various fields such as industry,scientific research,military,medical,and communications.The development of fiber laser technology is inseparable from the technology of its driving power supply.The performance of the laser driving power supply will directly affect the output quality and stability of the laser beam,constant current output,small current ripple,high stability and other characteristics.In this paper,in order to drive the fiber laser required for the experiment,a laser drive power supply with convenient parameter adjustment,high output power and stable and reliable performance is designed.In this paper,based on the analysis of the working principle,main characteristics and load characteristics of the fiber laser,the design scheme of the driving power supply is proposed according to the parameter requirements.The drive power supply includes two output modes of continuous drive and pulse drive,which are mainly composed of pulse voltage output,continuous voltage output,voltage / current feedback circuit,temperature acquisition circuit and mode selection circuit.Its core is a DC-DC conversion circuit.This power supply selects the half-bridge topology circuit as the power conversion circuit,the 2EDF7275 F half-bridge driver chip of infineon company as the gate drive chip of the power conversion circuit,and the MOSFET tube IXTP100N04T2 produced by IXYS company as the power switch tube;In the design,the STM32F103RCT6 single-chip microcomputer is used as the main control chip of the power supply.It mainly provides two PWM waves with a complementary frequency of 100 KHz and adjustable duty cycle for the half-bridge circuit as the switching control signal of the MOSFET.In the design of the power supply,in order to achieve a stable output drive signal,a high-precision sampling resistor is used to obtain a real-time voltage and current signal at theoutput end,and the signal is collected into the single-chip microcomputer,and the output PWM is adjusted within the single-chip microcomputer with a segmented control algorithm Wave duty cycle to achieve precise and stable control of the power system.After completing the structural design of the circuit and determining the main components,the circuit modeling is carried out according to the data sheet of the device,and the system is simulated and analyzed using simulation software.Finally,the appropriate component package design PCB board is selected and soldered.debugging.After testing,the output drive current of the power supply can be as high as 10 A,the voltage can be adjusted up to 6V according to the load,the output voltage ripple is less than10 mV,and the current ripple is less than 20 mA @ 10A;The frequency of the pulse drive mode is up to 100 KHz,and the rise / fall time of the drive pulse is less than 50 nS,which not only effectively reduces the switching loss,but also can quickly and stably drive the fiber laser.
