Limited by the unique geographical location,the interconnection between the island and the mainland power grid through the long-distance submarine cable is highly expensive.Therefore,at present,most of the islands use fuel oil power generation to supply power.However,considering the energy demand and operating characteristics of the special pulse load in island,a power generation mode with single fuel may be difficult to meet the special needs of electrical energy.Only by constructing a multiport special energy-router system can the island achieve high-reliability and long-term stable power guarantee.The system will combine multiple renewable energy power generation,energy storage devices and diesel generator sets,and adopt electrical energy interconnection technology.In addition,the energy-router system has high reliability requirements.On the one hand,each micro-source interface in this scenario needs to adapt to a wider input voltage range and have electrical isolation.On the other hand,the special pulse load requires rapid coordination of energy between multiple micro-sources.This will inevitably bring new challenges and will most likely limit the construction and development of islands in China 's territorial waters.Therefore,it is of great scientific significance and research value to carry out the research of multisource coordinated control method and equipment development of special energyrouters.The main contents of this article are as follows:(1)In order to adapt each micro-source interface in this scenario to a wider voltage input range and meet the need for electrical isolation,the 10 k W phase-shifted fullbridge converter and the 10 k W dual active full-bridge converter are selected as the unidirectional micro-source and bidirectional micro-source interfaces,respectively.The main circuit parameters,control strategies and control parameters of the two types of converters are designed.And simulation models of the two types of converters are built to verify the effectiveness of the parameter design.(2)The article carries on in-depth study of the multi-source coordinated control method of the special energy router in the island mode.Based on the requirements of special applications,reasonable operating conditions are divided,and the coordination strategy is divided into two modes: steady mode and dynamic mode.Under steadystate operating conditions,centralized coordination is adopted,and a steady-state coordinated control strategy based on the staged output of the diesel generator interface is proposed to regulation of the state of charge of the energy storage device while maintaining the efficient and stable operation of the special energy router system.At the same time,distributed coordinated control is adopted under dynamic load conditions.Aiming at solving the problem of distribution of pulse load current between multi interfaces and bus voltage stability caused by sudden change of load power,a dynamic coordinated control method based on voltage differential is proposed to realize distributed compensation for pulse load current.It can not only realize the active distribution of pulse load power among multiple micro-source interfaces,but also suppress the fluctuation of bus voltage,which meets the needs of rapid distribution of energy between multiple micro-sources for special pulse load.At the same time,this paper builds simulation models under load conditions of steady-state and dynamicstate through Matlab/Simulink to verify the feasibility of the proposed coordinated control strategy.(3)A 20 k W special energy-router device prototype was built and the detailed design of the device's main circuit,software and hardware of control system was presented.The rationality of the device design and the effectiveness of the coordinated control strategy was verified through experiments.
