In response to the national maritime strategy,researches on offshore facilities and equipment are gradually increasing in China.As an important offshore transfer passage,t offshore gangway has aroused the interest of researchers in the past few years in the field.In the actual marine environment,due to the interference of wind,waves and other factors,small offshore facilities and most of the ships will roll,pitch and heave,which will mpact the working conditions of some instruments,and increase safety risks to operational personnel.In this paper,a series of work has been carried out around the offshore gangway system with wave compensation capacity.This paper evaluates the working environment and components of the gangway by collecting relevant data of the existing products in foreign countries and similar products in China.On this basis,an offshore gangway device based on 3-DOF(three degrees of freedom)stabilized platform is designed.SolidWorks is used to carry out a series of three-dimensional modelling of the whole structure of the gangway and all its components,and then a reverse method of solution is adapted to carry but the kinematics modelling of the gangway and analysis and solution are made based on the model.A kinematic model of the designed gangway is established and verified using kinematic simulation with an ADAMS software.In the end,this paper selects materials for the designed gangway,and carries out a finite element analysis of stress and deformation of the whole components to verify the bearing capacity and deformation resistance.And the following conclusions are reached:(1)A novel offshore gangway structure is designed,it can not only meet the actual needs,but also has the advantages of smaller size,lighter weight and lower cost;(2)Motion equation and working space of the designed gangway are achieved through kinematic analysis,reverse solution simplification and ADAMS simulation verification;(3)Finite element analysis is adapted to the overall forces and device deformation,and the result certifies the safety and reliability of the designed gangway.
