The large-scale seismic exploration system studied in this paper is a system-level equipment for analyzing the structure of underground strata,which is the core of seismic exploration method.Seismic exploration system usually has three important parts,including acquisition station,power insertion unit and cross station.As the middle level of seismic exploration system,the research of power insertion unit is of great significance to the development of seismic exploration system.This paper mainly studies the key technologies of power insertion unit,including high-speed communication interface,autonomous communication protocol,synchronous acquisition and link redundancy.Based on the above key points,the design scheme of power insertion unit is put forward,which is elaborated from the hardware realization and software design.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Introduce the development of seismic exploration and expound the research status of seismic exploration system.On this basis,the research content and significance of this paper are proposed.2.Introduce the working principle of seismic exploration briefly,analyzes the topological structure,redundancy mode and clock synchronization of seismic exploration system,and the system design scheme of power insertion unit is put forward.3.The hardware circuit design of the power insertion unit is completed,which consists of communication interface circuit,power circuit,storage circuit and auxiliary circuit.This paper analyzes the physical interface design of high-speed communication circuit,and introduces the design scheme of power circuit briefly.4.The design of power insertion unit system software is completed,which is written in Verilog HDL.The program design of power insertion unit node and acquisition station master node based on token-ring like protocol is completed.The communication between power insertion unit chain and cross station and the control management of acquisition station chain are realized.5.Test and analyze power insertion unit,and complete the stand-alone test of the power insertion unit.Under the laboratory environment,the system is combined with the cross station and the acquisition station to simulate the working process of the seismic exploration system.In this paper,the prototype design of power insertion unit is completed.After testing,the power insertion unit can support four-way acquisition stations at the same time,and realize 200Mbps communication between power insertion unit,power insertion unit and cross stations.In general,the design scheme of this paper has the characteristics of fast communication speed,high bandwidth utilization rate and strong clock synchronization.It has the function of intermediate level in the seismic exploration system and paves the way for the research and design of the follow-up seismic exploration system.
