Rotating ultrasonic auxiliary electroprocessing is a new type of processing method that combines rotational motion and ultrasonic electrolysis/discharge phase,and the ultrasonic effect is combined with mechanical cutting,electrolysis and discharge organic,and the delicate and efficient processing of various difficult-to-process materials is minimally and efficiently.To carry out the characteristic analysis,processing system design and test of the rotating ultrasonic vibration systemBased on the traditional resonance design method and the overall resonance design method of ultrasonic system,the design idea of rotary ultrasonic auxiliary electroprocessing vibration device is put forward.According to ultrasonic vibration theory and mechanical and electrical equivalent theory,the performance and application conditions of piezoelectric ceramic materials are analyzed and compared,and the piezoelectric transductors,exponential and step-type transposition spouts and tool head electrodes are designed.Establish an ANSYS piezoelectric transponder analysis model,analyze the front-end output amplitude of the transductor through piezoelectric coupling module,perform dynamic analysis of the large end face of the variable-rate rod,compare with the theoretical calculation value,verify the reasonable feasibility of the design target;According to the optimization results,the structural design of the rotating ultrasonic vibration device is improved.Design and improve the rotary ultrasonic auxiliary electrical processing system,the design of rotary ultrasonic spindle,the use of inverter,AC motor for spindle rotation speed control,the use of AC servo motor for spindle movement and position adjustment,on the PLC to control step perforated motor program writing and simulation,plane X,Y into the motion PLC control step perforation motor to achieve,design magnetic levitation workbench and electro-processing unit,for the test foundationA variety of typical materials(carbide,piezoelectric ceramics,high-speed steel),respectively,carried out a single ultrasonic,ultrasonic spark and ultrasonic electrolytic comparison,grinding and rotary ultrasonic grinding comparison,as well as grinding,rotary ultrasonic and rotary ultrasonic auxiliary electrical processing comparison test,verified the correctness of the rotating ultrasonic auxiliary electrical processing device,analysis of the existing equipment of rotary ultrasonic auxiliary processing device,put forward further improvement and improvement of the measures and prospects for follow-up tests and research.
