With the sustainable growth of China's oil and gas resource consumption and continually rising external dependence,China's situation of energy security is not optimistic.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the exploration and development of oil and gas resources.At present,large-scale seismic exploration system that consist of sensor units,power insertion units,cross stations and data center is widely used in the exploration of oil and gas resources,and the effect is notable.As the connection hub of data center and power insertion unit,the cross station is responsible for command and data forwarding,which is a major constituent part of large-scale seismic exploration system.Referring to the design features of the previous cross station in foreign seismic exploration system,this paper first studied the key technologies of system topology,high speed data transmission,communication protocol and the realization of power insertion unit management of the system.And then proposed the design scheme of the cross station prototype with FPGA as the main control chip.At last,completed the hardware and communication system design of the prototype.This article tests and analyzes the prototype in the laboratory environment in order to verify the feasibility of the design scheme.The main work is as follows:1.The design background as well as research significance of the cross station is expounded.This article analyzes the current research status of seismic exploration system and cross station at home and abroad,and gives the overall design scheme of the prototype on the basis of the design requirements of the cross station.2.This article completes the hardware circuit design of the f cross station,divides the modules in accordance with the functions realized by the cross station,and adopts Altium Designer to complete the schematic diagram and overall PCB layout design of the module.3.This article completes the communication system design of the cross station.The article refers to the design idea of the token ring protocol,and gives a type of self-defined ring communication protocol,thus satisfying the requirements of isochronous transfer of the system.Additionally,this article uses Verilog HDL language to complete the overall logic design of the system in the Vivado development environment.4.This article completes the test and analysis of the cross station.The hardware circuit and data transmission tests of the single station of the cross station are conducted,and the joint test system of the cross station,power insertion unit as well as sensor unit is established in the laboratory environment in order to test the implementation of the function commands of the cross station.The test results show that the designed prototype of the cross station has reached the project design objective.Its Megabit communication part can realize data transmission at a rate of 200Mbps while its Gigabit communication part can realize data transmission at a rate of 1.25Gbps,and with very low bit error rate by the software simulation.The cross station can realize effective management of the power insertion unit during joint testing.
