With the improvement of people's living standards,more and more garbage is produced.The main method of garbage disposal at home and abroad is landfill method,although landfill method can temporarily solve the problem of garbage stacking by free,but with the increasing of garbage it may not only cause environmental pollution,If the landfill is unstable,the lives of the surrounding residents will be threatened,so the stability of landfill has been paid more and more attention in recent years.At present,there are a lot of reinforced fiber materials in the garbage people make.If these reinforced substances are used,not only can garbage be reinforced,it also increases the recovery of reinforced substances and reduces unnecessary resource losses.The reinforced waste soil is taken as the research object in this paper,through the oretical derivation,numerical simulation and the indoor test method fully discusses the reinforced substances to the waste soil stress strain influence,and the reinforced substances action mechanism in the waste soil is analyzed.Firstly,the influence of degradation and the volume content,size,distribution angle of the reinforced substances and the degree of bond with the waste soil on the shear stress and shear displacement of the reinforced substances are fully explored.Then establishes a new constitutive model.Contrast with the experimental data,the model cannot only predict the shear stress and shear displacement,but also it can find the best form of reinforced substances to reinforce the garbage soil.Secondly,using the method of combining ANSYS APDL and workbench,the numerical simulation of waste soil which contain randomly distributing reinforced substances was carried out.Based on the analysis of shear stress and shear strain cloud map of different confining pressure and different stacking time of waste soil containing which length of reinforced substances is same,the influence of confining pressure and stacking time on the reinforcement of reinforced substances is investigated in this paper.Then the effects of different reinforced substances lengths on shear stress and shear strain is analyzed.Thirdly,the basic properties of silt garbage in Qinhuangdao Tang river is determined according to the indoor test.According direct shear test with different lengths of reinforced substances,the effect of axial compression on the reinforcement of reinforced substances of different lengths is analyzed.And using the test results can prove again the model which is described in the second chapter model.Finally,the stability analysis of the small slope of reinforced waste soil is carried out,and a new design method is proposed by analyze the disadvantages of the traditional landfill slope stability design,which is beneficial to the practical engineering guidance.
