The automotive V-ribbed belt drive system is generally used in the front-end accessory drive of the engine.It is an important part of the internal drive system of the automobile engine,which is used to transfer the motion and power to other accessory driven gear trains.With the development of miniaturization and high efficiency of the automobile engine,higher requirements are put forward for the vibration,noise and transmission efficiency of the automobile V-ribbed belt transmission system.A stable and efficient transmission system can not only reduce the vibration and noise of the transmission system,but also extend the service life of the belt and reduce the maintenance cost.Based on the research on the vibration and noise of the vehicle V-ribbed belt drive system at home and abroad,aiming at the requirements of vibration reduction and noise reduction of the vehicle V-ribbed belt drive system,the generation mechanism of the transverse vibration noise and friction noise of the V-ribbed belt is studied in depth through theoretical analysis,simulation and test.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the different causes of the noise,the noise of the V-ribbed belt drive system is divided into transverse vibration noise and friction noise.The mechanism of the transverse vibration noise and friction noise of the V-ribbed belt drive system is studied.In view of the transverse vibration and noise produced in the transmission of the V-ribbed belt,the mechanism of the transverse vibration of the V-ribbed belt is analyzed.Based on the Hamilton principle,the differential equation of the transverse vibration of the axial moving chord of the V-ribbed belt is established.The natural frequency of the V-ribbed belt transmission system is solved,which lays a foundation for the acoustic simulation analysis of the transverse vibration and noise of the V-ribbed belt Theoretical basis.Based on the analysis of the mechanism of the friction noise produced by the V-ribbed belt of the automobile,the modal identification of the wedge section is carried out by using the finite element analysis software workbench,and the natural frequency of the wedge section is obtained.The friction noise test under different rotation speed and tension is carried out on the built friction noise test bed of the belt transmission.The generation mechanism of the friction noise is carried out through simulation and test It provides a method for the prediction and Simulation of the friction noise of the V-ribbed belt.(2)Based on the analysis of the mechanism of the transverse vibration and noise of the automobile V-ribbed belt,the simulation analysis method of the transverse vibration and noise of the V-ribbed belt is established based on the mode analysis harmonic response analysis acoustic boundary element method,and the simulation analysis of the transverse vibration and noise of the V-ribbed belt two wheel drive system is carried out,and the transverse vibration and noise are obtained The cloud chart of sound pressure distribution and frequency response curve provide a method for the simulation analysis of the transverse vibration noise of the V-ribbed belt.(3)Based on the principle of acoustic array,the vibration and noise test-bed of the two-wheel drive system of the V-ribbed belt is built.The influence of the tension and the rotation speed of the V-ribbed belt on the vibration and noise of the V-ribbed belt is studied through the test,and the noise source is identified.The test results are consistent with the simulation analysis.The mechanism of the transverse vibration noise and friction noise of the V-ribbed belt is verified,and the correctness of the simulation analysis method of the V-ribbed belt transmission system noise is verified.It provides the theoretical basis,simulation and experimental analysis method for the study of vibration and noise characteristics of automotive V-ribbed belt drive system,and has certain guiding significance for the research of vibration reduction and noise reduction of V-ribbed belt drive system.
