With the continuous development of Smart Cities,the 3D model data used to build Smart Cities is becoming more and more important,and people have higher and higher requirements on the accuracy and precision of 3D models.The Oblique Photography model produced by the Oblique Photography Technology has intuitive,three-dimensional,and real good visual effects,and has been more and more widely used in the construction of Smart Cities.As a simple and powerful automatic computer-aided software,AutoCAD is widely used in many fields.Especially in the land and planning departments,AutoCAD is an indispensable design software.However,the current function of AutoCAD in 3D scenes is still not perfect.The structure of the Oblique Photography model is very complex and large in number.There are very few studies on AutoCAD's handling of Oblique Photography Models,and the technical difficulty is very high.This will greatly limit the application of the Oblique Photography model in the land and planning departments.Therefore,this paper based on the further study of the Oblique Photography data processing,by uses AutoCAD as the second-development platform,and uses Oblique Photography data and AutoCAD exchange files as research data.according to the actual production needs,adopts the secondary development technology of ObjectARX and OSG to designed and implemented a plug-in oblique photography data processing system based on AutoCAD.The main research contents of this article are as follows:1.By analyzing several commonly used Auto CAD second-development tools and comparing their respective advantages and disadvantages,combined with the data structure characteristics of DWG files and OSGB files,select the appropriate for the development for the plug-in oblique photography data processing system based on AutoCAD.2.Combined with the Oblique Photography data processing flow,the Oblique Photography data processing methods are studied from aspects of oblique photography real data conversion,storage,visualization,model editing and application,etc.This provide theoretical support for the design and implementation of subsequent systems.3.According to the characteristics of the experimental data organization structure,based on the analysis of system requirements,starting from the two aspects of the system architecture and function modules,the modular design concept is used to complete the overall frame design of the plug-in oblique photography data processing system based on AutoCAD.4.According to the system requirements analysis and overall frame design,based on the mixed second-development technology of ObjectARX and OSG,the specific design and implementation of the three modules of Oblique Photography data management,Oblique Photography data visualization,Oblique Photography model editing and application were completed in turn.And through the analysis of the operating effects of the various module functions of the system,it is shown that the plug-in oblique photography data processing system based on AutoCAD designed in this paper has achieved good application results in the test task and reached the design requirements.The system designed is innovative,and its innovations are as follows:(1)Through the system designed and implemented in this paper,you can directly perform 3D measurement,model flattening,section line drawing,earthwork calculation,road 3D modeling and other operations on the Oblique Photography model in AutoCAD,which is convenient for AutoCAD users to apply Oblique Photography data and improve the user's visual experience.(2)The system functions are integrated in the form of plug-ins,and can be embedded in the AutoCAD platform together with AutoCAD secondary development plug-ins such as Tianzheng,which extends the scope of its application;(3)The 3D models in various professional design software such as revit,rhino,sketchup,etc.Tt can be integrated into the Oblique Photography real scene to realize the fusion of heterogeneous 3D models and assist in planning and design.
