There are already more than 7,000 offshore oil and gas facilities around the world at early 21 st century.With an increase in the length of service,offshore platforms at home and abroad will usher in the peak period of decommissioning and dismantling.The semi-submersible crane platform has become the main equipment for decommissioning and dismantling of offshore platforms due to its outstanding lifting capacity,super stability,outstanding deck storage capacity,and suitable living conditions.The project of dismantling platform involves different types of tools and a large number of people.Moreover,it is easily affected by local environmental factors such as wind,waves,currents,and tide levels.In order to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment,it is particularly important to real-time monitor key factors in the operation process and establish an alert mechanism.This paper summarizes the status quo of platform safety monitoring system projects at home and abroad and the current research associated with monitoring technology.Based on this,a safety monitoring system suitable for the dismantling operation of semi-submersible crane platforms is proposed.Firstly,the present paper designs the overall plan of the monitoring system,and clarifies the structure and main functions of the monitoring system;secondly,it selects and arranges proper sensors to build a data acquisition system;then builds a monitoring database and designs a security assessment system based on a three-level alarm mechanism;Finally,the monitoring software with multi-functional modules is developed to realize real-time monitoring of security risks and automatic alarms,ensuring the safety of dismantlement of semi-submersible crane platforms.The arrangement for the research is as follows:(1)Analyze and summarize the market prospects of the decommissioning and demolition of offshore facilities,as well as relevant laws and regulations;introduce the functions,composition and classification of the offshore platform safety monitoring system;sort out the status quo of the development of process and technology in the offshore platform's dismantlement;sort out the recent development of offshore platform on-site monitoring projects and the status quo of monitoring technology related research,and survey the state-of-the-art marine monitoring technologies and products abroad;(2)Combining the semi-submersible crane platform with the jacket platform to be dismantled,clarify the overall design goals,design the monitoring system and main functions,analyze relevant risks of dismantling operations,determine the corresponding monitoring content and monitoring technology,and complete safety the overall scheme design of the monitoring system;(3)Analyze the selection requirements and layout principles of the sensors,and then arrange the sensors,make a data extraction scheme,establish a data transmission channel based on the binary protocol,and achieve data import and cache through Redis subscription sensor device ID to complete data collection.(4)Through the analysis of the overall functional requirements of the database,together with the Redis cache database and the relational database model,establish a security monitoring database named Ocean System,and propose various types of data reliability testing methods and analysis tools.According to the security assessment system design principles,adopt a hierarchical structure and then establish a three-level security classification standard,and design the monitoring system alarm mechanism from functions,basic procedures and operating modes;(5)Use Python language,adopt B/S mode,and design monitoring system software based on Web GIS,making it include five functional modules,namely user authority management module,data analysis module,data query module,security alarm module and monitoring daily report module.Based on the dendrogram,a simple and intuitive main interface and an independent and complete child node interface are designed.The research has directing significance for the research on the safety protection of dismantling operations of semi-submersible crane platforms to some extent,and can also provide a reference for the design of safety monitoring systems for other offshore platforms.
