With the development of society,high-speed rail has become the first choice for people to travel with its advantages of speed,comfort and convenience.High-speed railway is not only a means of transportation,but also a hub of inter-regional economic relations.It not only promotes urban development,but also drives the economic growth of cities along the route,which is of great significance to regional economic development.GDP is the first important indicator to measure the level of regional development.GDP is usually divided by administrative boundaries,It takes time and effort to calculate,and the distortion will occur due to the inconsistency of statistical caliber.which is definitely not suitable for studying the impact of high-speed rail on economic development.With the development of remote sensing technology,night light is often used to study socio-economic indicators with its unique advantages.Combining with the domestic and foreign scholars about the economic impact of the high-speed railway and luminous remote sensing research,NPP-VIIRS luminous images as the main data source,put forward by the high iron site area before and after the total brightness values in high-speed rail traffic lights change to join point,through the regression analysis to simulate the regional economic parameters and lamplight,the relationship between the total areas along the high-speed rail traffic is analyzed on the basis of related economic parameters.This paper makes a qualitative and quantitative analysis on the contribution of high-speed railway traffic to GDP,primary industry,secondary industry,tertiary industry and other relevant economic parameters,and provides a theoretical basis for the establishment of an index system for the empirical part.The empirical part of this paper adopts the front-to-back comparison method.Taking the two counties of Yushan and Yiyang along the Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway as an example,the total brightness of the lights in December 2015 after the opening of the two places is extracted according to the administrative division,as the two places in 2015.The total value of the brightness of the light;the mean of the results of the three prediction methods in gray prediction,time series prediction and regression prediction,as the total brightness value of the light in the case of the two high-speed rails.This paper uses the means of forecasting to keep the economic impact factors other than high-speed rail unchanged,which is the basic requirement for the implementation of the before and after comparison method.The whole article is discussed with the contribution of highspeed rail to the total amount of light.The specific research conclusions are as follows:(1)In this paper,the median filtering-low threshold method is used to denoise the NPP-VIIRS luminous image in the study area,and a good denoising effect is obtained.(2)In this paper,gray forecasting,time series forecasting and regression forecasting are used to predict the total amount of light in the two high-speed railways in Yushan and Yiyang in December 2015.The error analysis shows the accuracy.It is very high and can be used for forecasting.It is concluded that the contribution rate of high-speed rail to Yushan County in 2015 is 5.08%,and the contribution rate to Yiyang County is 5.50%.(3)This paper analyzes the GDP and total amount of light in the area along the site of Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway,and finds that the power function model has the highest accuracy and is close to the reality.(4)Through the correlation analysis between the total amount of light and the economic parameters,the contribution rate of the high-speed rail to the GDP of the two counties is: 5.35% in Yushan County and 5.56% in Yiyang County;It is: 8.16% in Yushan County and 5.91% in Yiyang County;the contribution rate to the tertiary industry is 7.08% in Yushan County and 9.55% in Yiyang County.(5)The high-speed rail opening has affected the proportion of industrial structure in Yushan County,which accounted for 11.3%,52.68% and 36.01% of the primary,secondary,and tertiary industries before the opening of traffic,and became 11.02%,51.29% and 37.68% after opening.In addition,the proportion of industrial structure in Yiyang County has changed from 16.95%,48.32% and 34.732% before opening to 16.70%,47.17% and 36.13%.This means that the highspeed rail has driven the development of the secondary and tertiary industries along the line,but has little effect on the primary industry dominated by agriculture.
