There are many countries using the Deep-Sea Hydrothermal Sampler to sampling the hot liquid of deep-sea for scientific studies. But most of them can't keep the temperature of the sample liquid or protect its press. Some samplers have the function of keeping the temperature of the sampler liquid, but they must use the power of the ship .So there are no sampler which can keep the temperature and can protect press all by itself. The main contents of this topic is to design the sampler's heat preservation function, structure design and flow field depend on the finite element analysis technology . The aim is to build a model with FEA for the design of the sampler.Depend on the model and many experiments, we carried on the analysis of the heat preservation firstly, The Main point is analyzing the connection of the heat preservation rate with the thickness of heat preservation layer , the material's Heat flow rates , the structure of support, the length and the thick of the capillary , flexible structure of heat preservation. We got the relation of each factor with the whole heat preservation. Result out several kinds of design. We put forward the project that warm-up the inside tube of sampler with the hot liquid of deep sea to resolve the problem of heat preservation. The entrance shape, the diameter of the import and export capillary, the position of the export capillary are the main points of this problem.Depend on the model and math calculate tools we finished Structural Analysis of the tube of sampler and it's Optimization Design.
