With the gradual increase of e-commerce consumption of agricultural products,the whole city of Jilin is ready to enter the field of agricultural products.Due to the different attributes of agricultural products and other ordinary agricultural products,the original distribution network and distribution lines are no longer suitable for the needs of agricultural products.In this context,a new distribution network and optimized distribution routes have gained the company's attention and discussion.However,the transportation of agricultural products has some problems,such as high demand for timeliness,high loss and high cost of distribution.Therefore,it is necessary to explore how to locate distribution networks and how to plan distribution routes under agricultural products.The research on this kind of problem not only has the general theoretical research significance,but also has the practical application value,especially meets the urgent needs of consumers for agricultural products distribution.Based on the theory of distribution center location and route optimization,this paper discusses the location and route optimization of distribution network in Jilin City.It is found that there are some problems in the location of distribution network,such as the mismatch between supply and demand of distribution network and the high cost of distribution.Under this influence,the distribution line has the problems of high unit distribution cost and low degree of informatization.Therefore,based on the complexity of distribution network location and distribution route optimization,this paper will try to solve the problem by using the two-tier model,that is,using the comprehensive evaluation method to build the upper model to solve the distribution network location problem.Using the method of saving mileage to construct the lower model to solve the problem of distribution line optimization.The results show that the location of distribution network and its distribution routes are optimized based on the two-tier model,which solves the problems of high transportation cost and long transportation time,and provides relevant scientific suggestions for the enterprise.
