In the process of anti-slide pile design and construction,due to the limitations of geological conditions and the special requirements for the safety protection of the surrounding infrastructure of anti-slide piles,many problems and contradictions that affect construction safety,construction duration and investment will be involved.For example,the excavation construction of artificial digging piles around the oil depot and oil pipeline,due to the special requirements of the oil depot and oil pipeline for blasting vibration,the anchoring section of the anti-slide pile embedded in the bedrock cannot be blasted,and it is difficult to excavate smoothly,which will affect the construction safety.The most important problems and contradictions of construction period and investment.In view of the above problems and contradictions,in addition to using and improving construction techniques and methods,the design innovation of the supporting structure is to solve the landslide treatment with anti-slide piles under special geological conditions and around the infrastructure with special safety requirements,and it can ensure construction safety,construction schedule and control investment budget.The landslide in Dushupu service area in Anning City,Yunnan Province,is a landslide induced by excavation of the slope during the renovation and expansion of the service area.The landslide is adjacent to the Sinopec oil pipeline and is a typical case of anti-slide pile landslide prevention around special infrastructure.In order to avoid blasting around the oil pipeline,the design unit put forward anti-slide piles grafted with grouting steel flower tubes for landslide treatment.However,the anti-slide pile grafting grouting steel tube is used as a combined structure in the treatment of landslides.There is no relevant specification that can be used as the basis for structural design.The application research needs to be further developed.Based on the analysis of the characteristics and stability of the landslide,this article,by relying on the prevention and control measures of the landslide in the service area of Dushupu,studies the influencing factors of the sliding pile grafted grouting steel tube in the treatment of the landslide.And this article also applies the numerical simulation method to analyze and study the treatment effect.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Landslides in Dushupu service area must be managed.Under natural working conditions,the stability safety factor of the slope is 1.083,which is under-stable.Under heavy rain conditions,the stability safety factor of the slope is 0.967,which is in an unstable state and seriously endangers the Sinopec oil pipeline.(2)The landslide control measures in Dushuopu service area must consider the impact of the prevention and control plan construction on the oil pipeline.In the treatment of landslides,anti-slide piles grafted with grouting steel tube piles are used to avoid blasting and excavation,which reduces the damage to oil pipelines and disturbance to nearby soil.(3)The landslide thrust,pile body length,group pile type and lap length have great influence on the sliding pile grafting grouting steel flower tube group pile.Under the same lateral thrust,the displacement of the anti-slide pile is greater than the displacement of the grouting steel tube pile.In the comparative analysis of the length of the pile body,it is obtained that the embedded bedrock depth is 6m,which is the most reliable.And according to the site conditions and the design requirements,it is concluded that the total length should be designed to be 14 m.In the analysis of the grouting steel flower tube group piles,it is concluded that the mechanical characteristics of the group piles with reinforcement-like arrangement are superior to those with plum blossom arrangement and rectangular arrangement.Piles and groups of reinforced-like arrangement have even stress distribution and less concentrated load on the tension side.In accordance to the analysis of the grafting length of this type of pile,it is concluded that the longer the graft length is,the more stable it will be.But when the graft length exceeds 1m,the influence on the overall strength of the pile will be weakened.So the conclusion can be drawn that 1.0m is the optimal length of grafting,so as to avoid the waste of materials.(4)The anti-slide pile grafted with grouting steel flower pipe group piles has a good application effect in the treatment of landslides in Dushupu service area.Taking the landslide treatment in Dushupu service area as a typical case,the numerical simulation FLAC3 D and the software Geo Studio were used to analyze the sliding characteristics and stability of the resulting pile type,and finally confirmed the anti-slide pile grafting grouting steel flower pipe group pile.The control effect of the project will minimize the redundancy of the project and maximize the benefits,which will provide reference and consulting for the application of such pile types in the future.
