Study On The Planning Strategies Of Characteristic Towns Based On The Utilization Of Pass Tourism Resources

Historically,the Pass has an important military defense function and contributes to the protection of national security.With the change of the times,the pass also has the function of Commerce and trade,and plays an outstanding role in controlling personnel exchanges and regulating material flow.Throughout the development of the Pass,it has a decisive historical position and research value,and now it has become a unique tourism resource.This paper takes Wuguan Town and its Pass as the research object.Firstly,it combs the Pass System,excavates the value of tourism development and utilization of such resources and its impact on the local villages and towns.Secondly,the article investigates the current situation of Wuguan Town and Wuguan Town,analyses and studies the characteristics and problems of Wuguan Pass and local towns,and finds out the resource advantages and problems of developing the small towns with Pass characteristics.Potential;Finally,put forward the planning of Wuguan Pass Town,enhance the relevant strategies of urban construction,to solve the development of Wuguan Town.This paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is introduction.This part mainly elaborates the research background,purpose and significance,research scope,research content,research status,research methods and research technology of the paper.This part mainly determines the starting point and end point of the paper research.The second chapter mainly elaborates the connotation of the passes at first,then combs the related development,classification and location distribution of the passes,summarizes its development process and changes;finally,it summarizes the development and utilization of the passes as tourism resources,explains the benefits of such resources to the development of cities and towns,and lays the foundation for the study of Wuguan and Wuguan towns.The third chapter mainly elaborates and analyses the present situation of Wuguan and Wuguan Town.Firstly,it understands the historical development process of Wuguan and Wuguan Town.Secondly,it starts from the aspects of customs and historical and cultural resources,urban construction development and social and economic development,and understands the development status,construction situation and the current situation of resources such as customs,and summarizes the current characteristics and development problems of Wuguan Town.Chapter IV mainly analyses the potential of Wuguan Town to develop the characteristic towns of the Pass,including the value analysis of the Pass and the inherent potential analysis of the tourism development of the Pass.On this basis,the paper puts forward the establishment of Characteristic Towns in the Pass,explains the types of characteristic towns,the direction of industrial development and the impact of the establishment of characteristic towns on the development of Wuguan Town,which lays a good foundation for further research.The fifth chapter is the generation of planning strategies for small towns with Wuguan Pass characteristics.Through the previous research,and drawing lessons from the relevant theories and research methods of characteristic towns,this paper puts forward the development strategy of tourism industry,the protection and utilization strategy of Wuguan historical and cultural resources and the strategy of urban spatial layout;finally,the tourism industry is the leading factor,and the development of Wuguan town is driven by the protection and utilization of resources.
