As a basic energy, coal has played an important role in the development of China’seconomy. With the development of national economy, the demand of coal increasesgreatly.Thus it’s very important to ensure the safety and efficiency of the coalproduction.As one of the most broadly-used means of physical exploration, applied to themine detection, can provide forecast parameters of geology timely and accurately.Therefore, it is significant to develop a seismic exploration equipment in the mine.However, there are few specialized equipments which can be used for seismicexploration. Mine seismic belongs to shallow seismic exploration.And most ofshallow seismic exploration equipments available at present are based on the PCachieved.They are not suitable for mine because of their high power consumption,and size. Therefore, one new system of data collection and processing based on theSOPC technology has been developed and may be used in the underground minetunnel.The main studies are as follows:1. Data acquisition: Acquire4-channels of data synchronization.every circuit ofacquisition adopt a24-bit precision AD7766, and use FPGA to control four sampleddata synchronization.2. Data processing: Using FPGA other than DSP to achieve multi-channel seismicdata synchronization. Include adjustable filter module, spectral analysis module andthe50hz notch filter module.3. Data communication: Using serial communication and Ethernet communicationto achieve data transmission.And the data will transfer to the specialized seismicanalysis software for further processing.4. Other: Design module of high-capacity data storage, LCD display and keyboardcontrol according to the seismic exploration system requirements.And the hardwareparts of the system including external data acquisition module,data processingmodule and data communication module have been established.In addition,for the software, this system development platform based on theMicroC/OS operating system and the communication protocol of Nichestack TCP/IPfor Ethernet communication and.Finally the system has been applied to the field of mine seismic exploration with agood result.
