With the rapid development of China's civil aviation,the rapid increase in flights,the task of flight safety assurance is getting tougher.The rapid process of weather change has a direct impact on the normal flight of aircraft.Doppler weather radar is the most important equipment for meteorological detection.It will directly affect the security work of airport meteorological departments and cause serious hidden dangers to flight safety,When the Doppler weather radar stops operating.Due to the long-term operation of Radar at the airport,which lack of support from manufacturer.In recent years the failure of servo system has been frequent.The lack of a complete knowledge system makes equipment maintenance very difficult.Based on such a need,this paper is a study of the control technology for servo system.In this paper,the control principle and operation algorithm of the antenna servo system of DWSR2500 C Doppler weather radar in Zhongchuan Airport are studied.The control system is simulated by KEIL,MATALAB and PROTUES software,and the control parameters of the antenna radar servo system are simulated and tested.The control parameters of the antenna radar servo system are adjusted by simulation,which provides an effective means for the detection and maintenance of the radar servo system.Specifically:Firstly,the working principle,main features and structure of radar servo system are discussed in detail.and the control system is modeled and deduced mathematically.Secondly,the PID control algorithm is analyzed and studied.As the most classical control algorithm,the PID algorithm is widely used in various fields.By studying the theory of the PID algorithm,the method of structure adjustment and PID parameter adjustment in the PID control.The mathematical model of the servo system is established.The PID control algorithm is simulated by using the software of matlab.Thirdly,the characteristics of the main DSP chip STC89C52 are introduced,and the hardware experiment platform is built by PROTUES software(including H-bridge driving circuit,speed acquisition circuit,controller circuit,data communication circuit,etc.).On the experiment platform,KEIL software is used to compile the motor control.Make it meet the system control design requirements(The software design mainly includes: main program design,initialization program design,interruption program design,PID algorithm program design,motor control program design,key-press program design,display program design,data communication program design,etc.),then complete the simulation.Finally,the design is validated by MATLAB software to realize the control of antenna speed,steering,positioning and other functions.The experimental results are analyzed and explained.Experiments show that the simulation control of radar servo system is successfully realized in this paper.
