The development of volcanic rocks in Chagan sag and the active display of oil and gas are important targets for exploration.In order to solve the deepening exploration and development process,due to the gaps in the understanding of volcanic rocks,such as the low accuracy of lithology identification of volcanic rocks,the unclear division of volcanic eruption times,the inability of effective identification of lithofacies,and the lack of understanding of reservoir distribution laws.Problems such as unclear understanding of oil-bearing properties have caused substantial progress in the exploration and development of the Chagan Depression,and the “Study on Comprehensive Evaluation of Logging Wells in Volcanic Rock Reservoirs in Chagan Sag” has been carried out.This paper aims to use well logging data as a basis for the integration of geological,logging,oil testing,seismic and other sources of data for hydrocarbon reservoir evaluation to provide scientific basis for volcanic rock exploration.Through the study,a new set of identification methods for volcanic rock lithology has been established,oily interpretation standards have been established,favorable reservoirs and facies belts have been characterized,and old test wells and favorable exploration target zones have been selected.The main achievements are as follows: 1.A comprehensive lithology identification technology based on lithospheric images and X-ray for PDC drill bit is formed.2,Identification of overflow facies facies by means of physical property difference,3,using the A index method for favorable reservoirs;4,the use of geochemical and three-dimensional quantitative fluorescence analysis of oil,clear the seventh volcanic rock for the medium and heavy oil layer demarcation point,and established a volcanic hydrocarbon reservoir interpretation standards.Innovations have been made in the following areas: the method of “quasi-color ratio” based on X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy has been proposed to identify basalt and andesite methods;the logging parameters “A-index” have been applied in Chagan Depression to identify and evaluate favorable reservoirs of volcanic rocks.In the process of subfacies identification of volcanic rocks in Chagan Depression,the method of dividing the sub-facies of reservoirs into physical properties was introduced,and the method was used to evaluate the Lepidian phase of the overflow phase.Applied research results provide a reliable scientific basis for volcanic exploration,the application of research results out of four favorable target areas.
