Construction And Verification Of Competency Model For Normal University Students Majoring In Physics

This study aims to the students of physics majors in normal colleges,and builds on the theories of psychology,human resource management,organizational behavior,and to build competency model of normal college students majoring in physics,and formulated "Self-evaluation questionnaire of normal college students majoring in physics' competency".Based on the literature analysis,this study interviewed 30 normal college physics students through behavioral event interviews,and combined the results of 93 open questionnaires collected to initially build a competency model for normal college physics students;secondly,,Compiled "Self-assessment Questionnaire for Competency Characteristics of College Students in General Normal University(Predictive Version)",carried out project analysis and exploratory factor analysis on 182 prediction questionnaires,and finally formed "Self-assessment Questionnaire for Competency Characteristics of College Students in General Normal University(Formal(Version)",a formal survey was conducted on 248 college students majoring in physics in normal universities,and exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used to verify the competency model,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The competency model of physics majors in normal teachers' colleges includes five aspects: professional knowledge and skills,communication skills,quality literacy,thinking methods,and achievement motivation.(2)The Self-assessment Questionnaire for Competitiveness Characteristics of Normal University Students in Physics(Official Version)has a good overall structure,with good reliability and validity.(3)There is no difference in the competence characteristics of normal college physics majors in terms of gender,and in grades,the fourth and fourth grade students are better than the first and second grades;and actively participating in practical activities will also improve their competence characteristics...
