In the history of China, the Ming Dynasty,as the last unified dynasty established by the Han nationality, gradually administered the Heilongjiang region directly and effectively on the basis of the development of the northeast border areas.According to the research, based on the original economic models of gathering, fishing and hunting, two economic models of agriculture and animal husbandry appeared in Heilongjiang. However, the specific economic conditions of the region's ancestors, especially the development of agricultural economy and the degree of the lack of corresponding research. This paper analyzes the stable carbon and nitrogen isotopes of human bones in Dongsheng Suibin Site in Heilongjiang Province, restores the food structure of the ancestors in the northeast frontier area of the Ming Dynasty, reconstructs the economy of production in this area, and provides corresponding enlightenment for the development of the northern frontier area and the integration of nationalities. The results showed that the?13C value of the ancestors in this region ranged from-14.0‰ to-8.9‰,with an average of-12.4±1.4‰(n=26),indicating that the food of the ancestors included both C3 and C4 food.At the same time,?15N value ranged from 8.2‰ to 13.3‰,with an average of 11.0±1.2‰(n=26),indicating that the ancestors had significant differences in the acquisition of meat resources According to the correlation analysis, the average ?13C of most individuals was-12.7±0.7‰(n=22).?15N means 11.3±1.0%o(n=22),living on C3 and C4 food, and eating a large number of meat resources, which may be mainly obtained by hunting, fishing, animal husbandry and other means. However,a small number of individuals had a mean ?13C of-9.9±1.4‰(n=4)and a mean?15N of 9.3±0.9‰(n=4),and lived mainly on C4 food, perhaps fed from millet agricultural products or animals fed on it.It can be seen from this that the ancestors of Dongsheng Suibin Site have diversified ways of economic development, mainly including animal husbandry economy, fishing and hunting economy, including a small amount of agricultural economy. The emergence, development and popularization of agricultural economy are of great significance and value to the ethnic integration and development of heilongjiang border area. The living economy of the local minorities in the sui and tang dynasties and the modern and contemporary periods is basically consistent with that of the Ming people in dongsheng cemetery, which may be closely related to the combination of local natural resources.
