Land is the foundation of agriculture,and information such as the quantity,quality,utilization and spatial distribution of agricultural land is the basic element and important foundation of agricultural information resources.Accurate collection and dynamic tracking management of agricultural land data is an important method to achieve refined management of agricultural production,solve the problem of inaccurate determination of rural land rights,and evaluate dynamically the effects of agricultural layout planning.This research takes the collection and dynamic management of agricultural land information in the suburbs of Shanghai as the research object,and focuses on several key technical issues which mainly the classification of agricultural land,Remote Sensingbased agricultural land data acquisition technology and automatic coding technology of agricultural land parcels.The main research contents include:1.Research on the Classification Standards of Agricultural Land in ShanghaiThe important basic work for the collection of agricultural land spatial data is the classification of agricultural land.The classification standard of agricultural land in my country has been lacking for a long time,and the classification of agricultural land in the existing national land use classification is relatively weak.This dissertation starts from the production and management practice of agricultural land in the suburbs of Shanghai,analyzes and studies the development and evolution of land use classification.This research proposes a classification system of agricultural land in Shanghai based on field investigation and related research results and clarifies the relationship between the classification of agricultural land in Shanghai and the country.The classification system also points out the relationship between agricultural land types and crop planting,thereby providing a method basis for RS-based data collection of agricultural land status.2.Agricultural land classification and data extraction based on multi-temporal Remote Sensing technologyOn the basis of classification research,the thesis starts from studying the phenological characteristics of crops and considers the climatic characteristics and meteorological conditions of the Shanghai area,using multi-source and multi-temporal Remote Sensing data,especially combined with microwave data.A variety of technical methods for analysis and extraction of current agricultural land data based on crop information and change monitoring have been tested to achieve effective supplementation and mutual verification of manual interpretation.3.Automatic coding technology for farmland plots based on regional quadtreeCoding of farmland plots is not only a requirement for the dynamic management of farmland,but also an important basis for sharing farmland data.The traditional coding method is based on the sequential coding of administrative divisions,mainly relying on manual arrangement,which is difficult to update and maintain.This research studies and designs a method for automatic coding based on the spatial position and shape characteristics of farmland plots.Compared with traditional coding method,this coding process can be realized automatically by computer,and supports the dynamic splitting and merging of plots while maintaining the uniqueness and continuity of coding,thereby supporting the dynamic management of agricultural land.At the end of the dissertation,on the basis of the above-mentioned research,a dynamic agricultural land management system is proposed and designed,which realizes the agricultural land data reporting and verification system based on satellite RS technology,and achieves the dynamic management of agricultural land in Shanghai.Relevant results have been well applied in Shanghai agricultural production management department.
