The Research On Establishment Of An Integrated County-level Geological Disaster Monitoring Emergency Management System Based On Big Data Platform

Like various sorts of illness,disasters have been going along with mankind.Conversely,human beings have been fighting against and control all kinds of the disasters through all levels of governments at home and abroad,including geological disasters management.First reviewing the study on an integrated emergency management of disasters and the emergency management of disasters based on big data at home and abroad,then the paper show the geological conditions and current disasters in Dongxiang County.The author analyzes advantages and disadvantages of the current geological disaster emergency management system in Dongxiang County and the conditions of big data platform for geological disaster monitoring.At last the author focuses on how to establish an integrated county-level geological disaster monitoring emergency management system based on big data platform,taking Dongxiang County as an example.The author thinks that the system needs to be divided into three sub-systems in the whole geological disaster management cycle,that is: sub-system of integrated county-level geological disaster prevention & support management,sub-system of integrated county-level geological disaster emergency rescue & support management,sub-system of integrated county-level post-disaster reconstruction & support management for geological disaster,three of which are all monitoring by big data platform.To be specific,the paper gets the following goals:1.To discuss how to establish an integrated county-level geological disaster monitoring emergency management system,under the concept of the whole geological disaster management cycle.2.To emphasize the framework of an integrated geological disaster emergency management system,that is 1+1+1+N,runs through the whole geological disaster management cycle.Big data platform is a hub for an integrated county-level geological disaster monitoring emergency management system.3.An integrated county-level geological disaster monitoring emergency management system can keep business continuity plan and enhance resilience of disaster zones,that is,enhance the "disaster bearing capacity" of the government and the public in emergencies of geological disasters and the ability to quickly recover after disasters.The system will contribute to the improvement of the entire geological disaster emergency management...
