As economic hinterland of C hongqing,Yuxi region had a very important position and role in the city's economic development,Yuxi region was also an indispensable part in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic zone. With the establishment and development of Chengdu-C hongqing economic zone, environmental pollutants emissions increasing, environmental pollution and ecological destruction was more and more serious, these changes posed a serious threat to the soil, water and air which are the survival elements of humans.Soil environmental quality will affect the quality of human life directly. The soil parent material, climate, biology, and topography were the influence factors to the development and formation of soil, but also by the interference of human activities, especially the establishment of the chengdu-chongqing economic zone and it's development result in significant changes of regional landscape pattern,as the same time, significant changes of regional landscape pattern had a significant impact on regiona l geochemical cycle process. To confirm the spatial distribution of chemical elements in soil and the relevance between high-intensity human disturbance landscape and geochemical anomaly distribution,to understand the environmental pollution and deterioration of earth's surface, forecasting and monitoring of environmental changes,to work out relevant control measures timely,to ensure the safety of human survival environment, had important practical significance. This paper taked Yuxi region as study area, based on 3S technology, combined with remote sensing image and geochemical samples data to analysis comprehensively.A preliminary study which included geochemical distribution of elements in the studied area, the correlation between geochemical element anomalies and high human disturbance Intensity landscape distribution was conducted, the research results obtained mainly includes the following aspects:(1)This paper collected the remote sensing image,DEM,geology, geomorphology, soil and geochemical data of the study area, then processed the data, unified its coordinate system.(2)Multi-spectrum transformation and texture data extraction will be proceeded on the basis of remote sensing images of the study area, combined t he geology, geomorphology, soil,DEM and its derived slope data and aspect data to executed decision tree classification, obtained the landscape data in the study area.(3)On the basis of the geochemical data in the study area, this paper used the analysis function of SPSS,achieved the geochemical background values of each element in the study area and the scope of the geochemical background values, then based on the data, combined with the spatial analysis function of Arc GIS to extract the abnormal distribution of each element.(4)Based on Arc GIS spatial analysis module, this paper first analysised the correlation between the surface soil chemical elements anomaly distribution and natural factors such as geological features, then analysised the characteristics of soil chemical elements anomaly distribution which around typical human disturbance landscape, finally this paper carried on the comprehensive analysis, studied the surface chemical element anomaly affected by man-made factors.
