Hunan Zhuzhou Chemical Industry Group Co.Ltd-CNSIC?abbr. Zhong YanZhuhua in this thesis?is the largest chemical manufacturer in central south of China.Facing the current sharp competition situation of international and domestic chemicalmarket, the key problems faced by Zhuhua Group are how to survive and develop.In this thesis, the advantage and disadvantage of Zhuhua Group were pointed inorder to determine the development chance and challenges, through analyzing macromarketing environment of chemical industry in China and micro environment insideand outside of Zhuhua Group. Then in combination with some theory and methods ofmarketing and strategy management, the products market of Zhuhua Group wasanalyzed by segment evaluation, the products position in the market were reconfirmed;products marketing strategy based on service-promotion and customer relationship,price strategy to guarantee core customers, sale channel combined with direct andagency sale, diversified promotion strategy and scientific management strategy ofcustomers relationship were built in order to solidify and expand existing market shareand win the competition. For implementing perfectly the marketing strategy, themarketing execute solution for Zhuhua Group products was proposed, includingoptimizing customer structure, marketing team construction, suitable sale performancemanagement, effective Internet marketing and corporation culture development.Finally, the early warning system of market information was advised to enhance thecorporation capability to avoid risk.
