A company’s development needs strategy, the strategyneeds analysis. If anexcellent strategy can be implemented effectively, the company will get a greatpromotion in the company’s reputatio, increase product selling quantity, even make amyth. A company’s development strategy must adapt to the environment and abilityexpect. On the base of a company’s inner condition and external environment analysis,the company sets it’s development target, thinks all things carefully, designs andcomposes it’s marketing implementation in order to put it’s product and service intoit’s target market efficiently.As one basic industy of the national economy, the industry of nature gas has theobvious characteristic of public welfare. The product of nature gas is more specialthan the other one. The additional value depends on the provided service. Thecharacteristic induces that the marketing action of the industry of nature gas hasimportant influence to the civics. It is related to the speed of development of nationaleconomy and the level of people’s life that building a marketing system oriented onmarket and a system of company’s strategy development supported by marketing. Itincludes deeping marketing, intervening target market more, increasing marketingwidth, reinforcing to own the substitute goods market, raising gas service level anddepth.The paper uses the theory of strategy management and marketing to subdividethe natural gas target market with analysing the inner resource(ability) and theexternal enviorment and the core-competitiveness of Hangzhou Gas Group. Then itdefines the natural gas target market and fix position. It is followed with proposing thestrategy choice of advancing level of natural gas marketing cost and interveningmarket. Thereby a marketing strategy system of natural gas market is buildedpreliminarily.
