The fibers of flax phloem tissue are surrounded by pectin,the pectin makes each single fiber is bonded together and produce sheet.Furthermore,in the process of plant growth,the defects which include wind spot and worm macule etc,and due to the harvest decortication operations will make some hemp shell,dander in flax,this will make the hemp degumming processing difficulties.Now,generally used chemical degumming solution to this problem.The chemical degumming has shortcoming of high energy consumption,high water consumption,low efficiency and pollution,and the flax is easy to damage.Now,the hemp textiles need of environmental protection flax degumming technology.The liquid electrical effect produce physical effect like strong electric field effect,ultraviolet light,shockwave,ultrasonic cavitation,as well as chemical effects generated active substance,the liquid discharge parameters can be adjusted to achieve the different applications.Therefore,the liquid discharge technology is a new technology light,electricity,sound,mechanical and chemical oxidation effects,and has broad application prospects.In this task,we make the liquid electrical explosion technology is introduced to handle the hemp degumming.And using the set of experimental systems will be applied to the hemp degumming process of research and exploration.In this article which establishes equivalent circuit and energy balance model.The discharge current is simulated by MATLAB,and measured the sound level which produced under different input voltage and determed the better experimental conditions.In this paper,we designed and built the experimental liquid discharge system.The rotary switch is a feature of this experiment system,and it make the whole device can achieve stable liquid discharge.We use the set of experimental systems will be applied to the liquid discharge technology hemp degumming process of research and exploration,and multiple electro-hydraulic impact on flax.The change of the quality,mechanical property,surface structure of the flax fiber and the water medium before and after degumming were analyzed by experiment.The flax weight,fiber strength,fiber surface becomes smooth and clean by the liquid discharge technology after processing.It is proved that the liquid discharge technology can effectively remove the flax fiber surface impurities and pectin.The SEM image analysis and flax dyeing experiment analysis,the fiber bundle is separated into the single fiber independent of each other,which improves the degree of separation of flax fiber and furthermore improves the dyeing rate of flax fiber.The degumming waste water could be treated easily.This technology has potential application significance in the practical production. |
