Camellia is widely known as a kind of crops with great economic value,which also has a huge market demand.In recent years,with an increasing Camellia planting business and fast development of Camellia industry,tea fruit shell breaking machine is playing a more and more important role in tea processing and manufacturing.However,current research on machinery Camellia fruit shell separating still remains in the initial stage.Related research suggests that drawback still exits,such as low shell separating rate.And there isn’t an effective way to separate the shell and the seed.It’s meaningful to make researches on Camellia fresh fruit shell separating.This paper covered the following aspects:1)I have taken the Camellia fruit as the research object,which is the main varieties in Hunan province.Detailed analysis has been done towards the material characteristics.And I have also done statistical analysis to the mixture of shell and seed.By controlling the pressure of mechanical test,this study also analyzes the influence of the fruit size,moisture content,loading capacity and loading conditions on the cracking performance of Camellia fruit shell breaking time.2)According to the material characteristics and mechanical properties of Camellia fruit,the researcher presents a Camellia fresh fruit shell breaking method,based on kneading extrusion principle,and screening with combination of tooth light roller to turn this rough selection.Research on the design theory of the correlation of Camellia fresh fruit shell breaking parts and shell seed separation component,and the initial formulation of the key parameters of the broken shell,separation device.3)Design and manufacture Camellia fruit shell breaking machine,and make experiment to test its capability of breaking shell.Use the statistical knowledge to design orthogonal experiment and two regression general rotation experiment in order to carry out the test and optimize parameter.Through the establishment of mathematical model,we can study influence of test factor to experimental index and reciprocal restrictive relationship of each factor,and get optimal combination of key parameter of Camellia fruit shell breaking machine.4)Design and manufacture Camellia fruit shell and seed rough and careful separation machine,and make comprehensive performance experiment of separation.Use the statistical knowledge to design orthogonal experiment and two regression general rotation experiment in order to carry out the test and optimize parameter.Through the establishment of mathematical model,we can study influence of test factor to experimental index and reciprocal restrictive relationship of each factor,and get optimal combination of key parameter of Camellia fruit shell and seed rough and careful separation machine.5)With comprehensive braking shell and shell seed separation test,the researcher has tested and verified the comprehensive performance and matching effects of the Camellia fresh fruit shell breaking-screening machine.
