This article took the Dao Qing coal mine's air compressor automation renovation project of Jilin Tonghua Mining Bureau as background,according to the hardware selection and comparison of control methods,using Siemens PLC as control core,Construct air compressors'remote intelligent monitoring system with three layer distributed architecture,using the fuzzy control method to realize air compressors' constant air pressure supply;use multi sensor collecting air compressors' various operation parameters and equipments' running status;The scene use man-machine interface touch screen displaying air compressors' operating parameters and the equipments' state in real time,At the same time,installing video surveillance camerain in the air compressors' room,realize remote video monitoring of air compressors' room in real time;the system hosts real time data interaction between PC and hypogynous machine through the industrial ethemet ring network.PC used configuration software to create real-time control interface,realize the operation of air compressor operation system's real-time remote monitoring,control and real-time early warning,at the same time,using the Power Builder9.0 software as development platform,to construct air compressors' fault diagnosis expert system,using the fault tree diagnosis method to realize air compressors' real-time fault diagnosis and precise positioning,and offer the corresponding treatment method and repair scheme at the same time.Through the results by long-term debugging and operation show that,the system can realize the real-time frequency control according to the pressure changes of air compressors,ensure the stability of constant pressure gas supply;the PC can realize the air compressors' remote equipment control,loading and unloading control,real-time remote video monitoring and data overrun real-time alarm,the fault diagnosis expert system can inference system fault type and fault location accurately based on fault date information,and provide the corresponding processing method and repair scheme;industrial ethernet ring network can transmission data in real time,and has high stability.Air compressors'remote intelligent monitor and fault diagnosis expert system has the advantages of simple operation,stable performance,strong real-time,convenient maintenance,improving the air compressor system's automation and intelligent greatly,has very good practical value and promotion value.
