The main function of compressor equipment is the mechanical equipment used for lifting the actual gas pressure and transmitting the gas,and the working machine equipment which converts the power energy of the prime mover equipment into the actual gas pressure energy,it is one of the important equipments in petrochemical processing industry.The internal parts of it are complex and precise.The operation of the compressor directly affects the normal operation of the process system and the production of products.A series of sudden failures often occur in the production process of the compressor,which directly causes the production system to stop running and production,and even more seriously causes the occurrence of major production accidents,every second is a serious threat to the safety of professional workers and the company's property economic security.In this thesis,the compressor fault diagnosis system and remote monitoring system are constructed by studying the working principle and fault mechanism of the compressor and combining the actual field working conditions,through the digital network platform for monitoring so as to achieve the compressor equipment maintenance and maintenance.Through the on-line monitoring system,can enable the staff to understand and grasp the operation state and function of the compressor in real time,thus reducing or avoiding the accident hidden danger.In this thesis,the compressor on-line monitoring system is designed,and the important moving parts and thermal parameters of the compressor are monitored and analyzed synthetically by remote on-line monitoring based on middleware technology,by means of alarm,the operator needs to adjust the state of the compressor,so as to achieve the predictive maintenance of the compressor equipment.
