| The shortage of resources and environment carrying capacity is weak,is the two major bottleneck restricting China’s economic development.By recycling valuable metals from a variety of solid waste resources,a huge number of waste to treasure,to achieve resource,harmless,environmental,economic and social sustainable development the inevitable choice.The thesis takes Jinchuan nickel copper smelting slag as the research object,reviewed by"one-step" smelting reduction process for treatment of nonferrous smelting slag,reasons for engineering application of this process to analysis.Put forward the coal based direct reduction process in Jinchuan smelter slag recycling iron and other divalent metal of the feasibility study,its principle is introduced,and through comprehensive comparison to determine the use of rotary hearth furnace coal based direct reduction process.Based on this process,tested laboratory and test system,using "furnace melting" and "rotary hearth furnace-grinding" two process,rotary hearth through the test of rotary hearth furnace coal based direct reduction process in Jinchuan smelter slag process technology is feasible,and the recovery rate of iron and the grade is higher,the economic benefit is remarkable,can realize the application of engineering.Through the comparison of DRI pellet process on the rotary hearth furnace output analysis,ultimately determine the Jinchuan smelter slag utilization by "rotary hearth furnace-grinding" process scheme.The study and follow-up project implementation,to our country and even the world nonferrous metals industry slag utilization demonstration and reference to the role of good. |
