The Structure Design And Development Of High-preformance Running Apparel

Requirements of special sports clothing is becoming stricter and stricter,the studies of sports clothing more and more focus on its functionality and specialization.Through data summary and experimental studies on the kinetic characteristics of running and human body,this research studied and established the dynamic basic model according to the functional requirements of running,and based on that,carried out the design and development of high-performance running apparel.The main stages of the study are as follows:1)By the method of document research,starting from kinetic characteristics,it obtained the kinetic requirements of running.2)By the method of document research,it analyzed the forms of muscles in human body when running,and thus obtained muscles' functional divisions.3)By the method of experiment,it analyzed the changing characteristics of heat and humidity on human body when running,and thus obtained the main heat and humidity divisions on the surface of human body.4)By the method of body surface stripping,it obtained the static model of human body.5)Through dynamic body surface measurement,it obtained the surface changes of human body in moving postures,and based on the changes of kinetic body surface,it determined the tolerance and thus obtained the dynamic basic model of running apparel.6)Then,based on the muscle forms,surface tension,heat and humidity characteristics,and kinetic characteristics of human body when running,and combined with the dynamic basic model,it designed the pattern for the high-performance running apparel.7)The subjective assessment proved that the dynamic-model-based high-performance running apparel could meet wearers'requirements for freedom,wind-resistance reducing,heat and humidity dissipation,muscle stabilizing,and muscle stimulating to obtain the highest explosive power,and other requirements.8)At last,according to the structure study of high-performance running apparel and the process of design and application,it explored a scientific way of developing high-performance sports clothing.The results of this study have guiding significance in practice to the pattern design and function design of high-performance sports clothing and other functional clothing.
