With the development of the world economy,the requirements on yarn quality and economy have been increasing in both domestic and international markets.The status of combing process has becoming more and more important in the whole coming yarn and higher-performance combing machine are constantly proposed and applied.But,with incomplete statistics,since 21st century,coming machine trend in improving production efficiency has slowed down significantly.It has been in 450 to 500 nips/min for the working speed over 10 years.To break through the technical bottle neck of traditional combing machine,a kind of combing machine with rotating nippers based on the principle of parallel combing is proposed.The main movement nipper mechanism of the new combing machine was placed in the cylinder and rotated with the cylinder,instead of the traditional combing modal that the nipper and the top comb reciprocated.The nipper mechanism was used for griping the fiber bundle,followed transferring it to top comb to comb the end of the fiber bundle,then transferring to the output roller.3 sets of nipper mechanism is even arranged around the cylinder,when the cylinder rotate one circle the combing process is carried 3 times.It means that in the same condition with the traditional coming machine the working efficiency would be increased 3 times for the new kind.The combing process of the new machine was redesigned,and inputting fiber,top combing,fiber lapping and outputting process were for multi fiber bundle in different parts of the machine.Theoretically analyzing the combing process of the new combing machine with rotating nippers,and designing the length of the fiber bundle which the cylinder and top comb are required to sort out.The calculation formulas of the new process for comber noil and average combing length were redesigned.A new kind output roller with vacuum device inside it instead of the reciprocating separation roller to ensure the fiber outputted and lapped validly.The transmission system was redesigned according to the new combing process and related parameters.Determining the total function of the rotating cylinder following the new combing process,and integrating the existing methods and ideas,complete the nippers' solution design and demonstrate its feasibility.The thesis on the feasibility of the scheme was designed in detail,including the driver of the dynamic nipper swinging along the cylinder circumferential and the nipper mechanism direction and moving back and forth along the cylinder radial direction.The nipper mechanism composed of variety of mechanical mechanism is invented.It has the characteristics of large opening,fast opening and closing,equal pendulum amplitude,and variable back and forth displacement.The conjugate cam to drive the nipper mechanism and the inner concave were designed and optimized in detail.The assembly model of the scheme is established in Solidworks using a top-down manner to be made an analysis of both interference and motion simulation.Then the model is transported into ADAMS,some motion and dynamic analysis is achieved.It can make sure the model can meet the process requirement in motion form.The powder analysis can make sure the reliability of the model.
