The rigging as an essential tool for lifting is used more and more widely,with the rapid development of economy and many large-scale engineering construction.Rigging joint is an important part of the rigging.Traditional processing technology and structural design is backward,and theoretical analysis of the plastic forming process of the parts is rarely studied and reported.The existing manufacturing technology has the problems of low production efficiency,high material utilization ratio and so on.With increased market demand,the structure design of original rigging joint must be optimized,the manufacturing processes need to be improved urgently,the theoretical research of this type of parts needs to be enriched and expanded.In this paper,the forging process to manufacture rigging joint was adopted.A new rigging joint was design by structure optimization.The research method combining finite element numerical simulation with theoretical modeling analysis and process experimental verification was adopted.The BJ32 type casting rigging joint was researched by the method of combining of finite element numerical simulation,theoretical modeling analysis and process experimental verification.In this premise that its bearing capacity and safety coefficient were basically not reduced,the rigging joint was designed by approximate equal strength optimization theory and DEFORM finite element numerical simulation,which achieve reduction of materials 28.30%.The parameters for describing cone hole were given and unstable velocity field for analyzing the process by means of stream function was established,based above,the mathematical model on deformation power was built with upper bound method and the relation between the deformation power and the describing parameters was determined,in the end,the influence factors on inner cone hole are provided the predicting results of inner cone hole were given successfully by optimization.The blank of rigging joint before extrusion was designed by analysis of theoretical results,and the numerical simulation of inner hole extrusion process was carried out.The inner hole extrusion process of BJ32 type casting rigging joint was determined.Finally,the experiment was finished with theory and numerical simulation guidance.The verification of internal hole extrusion process was in line with the requirements,and the error of numerical simulation was corrected.The optimum blank before the extrusion was determined.A certain guiding role for the actual production is provided.
