| Since 2005 Songhua River pollution incident,numbers of serious water pollution incident occur all over China each year.On the first half of 2013,a total number of serious lake and river environmental sudden pollution incidents is 16 cases.It can be said water environment sudden pollution accident has become a potential threat to China’s water security and water quality.Therefore,according to the characteristics of water environment sudden pollution accident,predict sudden pollution accidents that may occur,and to study the appropriate emergency measures are necessary.In this paper,taking Qing River basin as the research object,analysis the pollution sources that may occur sudden pollution incidents,further analysis of the risk of contaminants,and study emergency measures against the contaminants of sudden pollution,to provide technical support for work out Qing River Basin water environment emergency response plan.First,according to "Liaoning environmental risk source data list" and" The situation of Tieling industrial pollution discharge and treatment using" provided by the Liaoning Provincial Environmental Protection Office in 2013 and 2012 to screened Qing River pollution sources,to determine the fixed risk pollution sources,further by investigation and analysis the Qing River fixed risk sources,according to the type of product and the basic situation to determine the risk contamination.By screening and investigation concluded four fixed risk pollution sources,that is Changtu Gucheng Chemical Co.Ltd,Kaiyuan Dayou Biological Chemical Co.Ltd.,Xifeng County Songshu Zhongshan pine galvanizing plant and Kaiyuan Hengtai Chemical Co.Ltd.Through the research and analysis of these four risk pollution sources conclude five risk pollutants,that is high concentrations of acidic organic wastewater,pyrrolidone,cyanide,chromium ions and methanol,these five risk pollutants as a basis for further study.Analyzsis the mobile risk pollution source of the river based on the Qing River basin nearby road and railway distribution,determined the S301 and S103 interchange as mobile pollution sources,and the gasoline as a mobile risk pollutant of Qing River.Secondly,take Cr6+ migrate variation law in the river as an example for research.Use one-dimensional instantaneous point source water quality model for Kou River sudden chromium pollution may occur to simulation.Through simulation and calculation can be drawn the relationship of concentrations and distance,concentration and time between the various section,and the polluted water longest harm time and greatest hazard distance.Model simulation results and calculated results are reasonable,provided an important basis for the accident warning and emergency response.Thirdly,study emergency treatment processes of the five fixed risk pollutants and a mobile risk pollutant,identify high concentrations of acidic organic wastewater using adding quicklime and activated carbon method,pyrrolidone,methanol and gasoline using activated carbon adsorption,cyanide using adding bleaching powder method,chromium ions using adding NaHSO3 and quicklime method.According to the characteristics of Qing River basin water environment,research emergency engineering measures for sudden pollution accidents that may occur.And based on the geographical characteristics of Qing River basin,determine the appropriate location to setting the intercept dam and activated carbon adsorption dam.Finally,take cyanide sudden pollution as an example,through research the location of the emergency dosing points are located at downstream of pollution source 2.2km,4.9km,9.3km,15.5km,18.0km place.According to the formula calculated the amount of polluted water arrivaled adsorption dam and the largest concentration of pollutants,then use it calculated the dosage are 356.70kg,532.39kg,733.46kg,946.65kg,1020.11kg.This study provide the basis for the formulation of Qing River water environment sudden pollution emergency plan. |
