| The Online Vision Inspection System for battery appearance can monitor the cathode of battery after sealing process of alkaline battery production line.All flaws on the cathode will be distinguished by the high precision and high speed CCD camera,instead of human eyes.The system will effectively increase the defective rate onassembly line,and improve the operation efficiency.At present,the fastest alkaline battery production line in China is>600 PCS/min,while in the past,flaws on the cathode of the battery can only be observed by naked eyes,and more workers were needed.The efficiency of the method is low and is unable to achieve full inspection.And when the equipment is malfunctioning,the flaws can not be found in time.With the rapid development of vision sensor and computer technology,more and more attention has been paid on the field of automation.Based on this,we designed a high-speed CCD vision monitoring device after the sealing process,it detects each battery online.And an automatic rejection device is designed,all the detected rejects by the CCD will be automatically removed.The main contents of the thesis are listed below.1.According to different types of battery flaws,a variety of image processing programs are designed。Operations and processing will be classified,in order to ensure that a different defects can be detected.2.In order to completely eliminate the interference of the external light source on the vision system,two annular LED light sources with different intensities are designed,which can be basically met the requirements and reduce the false detection rate.3.The vision system establishes the connection with the PLC through the IO signal.It can design PLC program,and control vision triggering signal,and according to the feedback signal of the system,it will do the corresponding calculation and processing.At present,the system has been adopted in Zhejiang Mustang Battery Co.,Ltd.,which significantly improves the production efficiency of the assembly line. |
